Not only did they brand all the tags, they visited with me and genuinely inquired about my job and life. They are both the epitome of professionalism and care. They rock. “This is a great little JJill store. Helpful customer service. Great selection. They even have the hard to find Fit line of clothes. It’s a bit hard to find. But it is in the North Commons next to Fabletics and across from Sixty Vines. There is metered parking in front and a valet nearby. Handicapped and free parking is behind the store. Enjoy!”
“I'm in my mid 50's. I've had chronic back pain since I was 23. I've done everything you can think of with only temporary relief. December of 2024 I walked in to this shop to see if they resole Birkenstocks. I got to speaking with Matty and he's changed my life. I've been wearing my inserts for 1 1/2 years and just had a second pair made along with purchasing shoes for an upcoming trip. I no longer have to walk my hands up my thighs to get out of bed in the morning.
This is one of the best things I've ever done.

“I would have given a 5-star review if the customer service was better. The items are high quality and the store is always organized, clean, and appealing to the eye. I am not writing this review maliciously, just to let the owner and/or manager know about this issue. I work in retail management and the fact that I was able to walk around the store a few times and throw my stuff in a fitting room without so much as being greeted is absolutely a problem. At that point, I was no longer interested in any of the items. This has happened to me the last two times I have been in the store.
I haven't had this issue at any other Hemline locations, so I will be willing to return and give this location a second chance in a few weeks. Wishing this store and its team the best!”

“Today I was helped by Zach he was actually very quick to attend to me which was nice because normally when I go to shoe stores I find myself getting a little frustrated trying to find help (I also feel a tad bit awkward going to kids shoe stores due to the fact that I’m an adult) Zach had made me feel welcomed and answered my questions. When I struggled to find what size of Uggs I needed he gave me his advice on the way they should fit naturally , along with that he demonstrated the way one of the water proof sprays that journeys sells works since I was unaware you can’t get Uggs wet and will be going somewhere where it snows and my boots will certainly get wet. I have no idea if he’s a manager already or if he’s an employee I personally think he would do great in leadership roles if he’s not in one already.”

“I have to give a shout-out for going above and beyond in customer service. Today, I bought 5 items and was missing 1 when I arrived home. I called and actually spoke to the young woman who checked me out. She checked her cash register area, the basket area and parking lot. PLUS she checked the video recording after I told her the check out time on my receipt. It revealed she definitely placed the item in my bag and showed me placing it in the back of my SUV. Then I remembered that that shortly after I left, the two weights I bought were rolling around, so I stopped and put the bag and weights in the front seat footwell and the item must have fallen out then. This was out of range for their camera. Obviously it was all my fault. Great detective work though!”
“Wife's birthday was on Saturday, and she has always loved the sandals from here. I walk in and instantly greeted and asked for what I need. Very friendly and ready to help. I loved it. The store was very clean and everything was in order. I will be back to get my wife more goodies I am sure. They also had plenty stock, and a plethora of colors!”

UPDATE: Went back 2 weeks later for a wallet to match my Alma and unfortunately, Liz was off work. I was helped by a senior sales associate named Reagan. While Reagan was very nice and helpful. She did Shade my purse charm because it was not Louis Vuitton. So basically, she “Pretty Womaned” me and ruined my entire experience and upset me for the rest of the day. Mind you this was $1000 wallet, Not the largest sale she probably had that day, but maybe the largest purchase for me that day for sure. I read other reviews about this location, having snobby sales associates, and That I should go to the galleria, I felt safer at the The Woodlands, but from now on, I will either order online or go to the Galleria. It’s my purse, I paid a ton of money for it, and I will put on whatever charms I want on it”
