“This is a really good place. Christine the owner is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the craft. I came in for my second time today looking for yarn to start socks. After talking to her she knew I was not ready for that yet so rather than try to sell me on stuff she pretty much told me to go back home and use the scrap yarn and practice and then come back and buy the real stuff. She wanted me to have a good experience more than her having a sale. I rather have people like that I buy from them big box doors and online shops. Yeah this place a try you will not be disappointed.”

“I always have a good experience from the moment you walk in an actual gentleman named Michael greets you, the rest of the staff are equally kind and friendly. I'm not a crafty person but I go in each season to get the plastic flowers to put in my yard. I've learned over the yrs not to spend hundreds on real ones that just die each season. Only bad part ? I've faked out a few butterflies looking to pollenate. They look beautiful in my yard. From a distance you can't tell they aren't real.”
“Me and a bunch of friends came for a birthday for this huge nerd we know. Had a great time. The staff were cool about parents with kids, and let us order pizza, no problem. I think the pizza is pretty standard for game stores, but I don't know about the kids. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and very chill.”

“I never leave reviews, but I had the absolute best experience at Michael’s, this past Thursday, thanks to an incredible employee named Brian. I came in trying to find supplies for my son’s school project, that of course he waited until the last minute to tell me about, and honestly had no idea where to start. Brian went above and beyond, he not only helped me locate every single item we needed but also offered great suggestions and creative tips that made the whole process stress free and even fun! I never would have found everything on my own. His patience, knowledge, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares that much about helping customers. Michael’s is lucky to have him!”

“We went there with our granddaughter. I am disabled and there was no handicap parking because the mall was very busy. We had to park far away. I walked by holding onto a cart. There was one riding cart, but it was drained. I could barely stand by now. An employee went to a neighboring store and got me a riding cart. Saved our shopping trip. I wish I had gotten his name. He did this on his own, and I am so thankful for it and him.”
“It's a Gamestop store in 2025. You're only going here if you need something quick and are willing to pay the upcharge for convience. Careless about their customer service, but when I went it was a normal look your way don't say anything, when you walk up to the counter and you're ready to buy something they'll acknowledge you situation. Keep it moving. Everything that is new works and the used products are decent. Go in with that mentality and it's fine. If you're looking to be catered to, find another store.”

“I contacted Wayne at MDS this morning and told him my sad tale of losing my wedding ring in my yard and asked if he rented out his metal detectors. He said no, but immediately put me in contact with Peyo, a realtor who lived 30 miles away who came to my home this afternoon and found my ring. Wayne said that there would be no charge, that people like Peyo did this for the sheer joy of helping others find their lost rings. We were both devastated by the thought of losing this symbol of our love. We’re so grateful to Wayne at MDS for sending Payo our way and to Peyo for making the second pass over our yard. These were random acts of kindness by two strangers that will never be forgotten.
