“I'm not sure why this location has such negative reviews, but I had a wonderful experience as a walk-in today. Mitchell greeted me with a warm smile upon entering and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Even while multitasking, he listened to my concern, asked for just a moment to wrap up what he was doing, then returned to help me. He was fast and efficient, taking me into a private room to discuss my account so my privacy was protected. Thank you so much, Mitchell!
