“Most employees are nice, though some can be hit or miss. I go often and most experiences are nice, though the wait time to get a bear stuffed can be an hour or more even if the line seems short. If they’re in a rush, stitching may end up visible on plush and may forget a heart depending on which employee stuffs it.”
