“My dad bought my daughter a stuffed bunny for her 1st birthday. She has loved it since the moment she saw it, and has slept with it every night since. His name is Snuffy, which was my dad’s nickname. Snuffy has been on planes, cruise ships, overnighted via UPS…where we go, he has gone. My daughter is now 9, and my dad passed away this year. Her letter to Santa only asked for him to fix Snuffy, because after 8 1/2 years he was plenty worse for wear, with a few holes and missing stuffing.
My daughter’s elf took Snuffy that night (wink, wink), and I began trying to figure out how on Earth I was going to pull this off. The Doll Hospital is the ONLY place around that even does this kind of work, and Dr. Mary Ann was already slammed with projects this close to Christmas. She told me she couldn’t take anymore on, then she listened to my story and told me she would do the best that she could, but couldn’t make any promises.
I had my fingers crossed that we would be able to get Snuffy back by Christmas Eve, but I received a call from Dr. Mary Ann six days after leaving him in her care, telling me he was feeling much better and was ready to be picked up.
When she handed him to me a few hours later, she told me, “Santa always has to come through.”

Snuffy looks so much better than I could have hoped. Not only is he fresh and clean, this is the first time he’s been able to sit up by himself in years, and you can’t even tell that there were ever any holes in him. There was so much love in this, and I can’t express how much it meant that she did this for us. She made my daughter’s Christmas, and for that I am so incredibly grateful. I’m not crying, you’re crying ?

“It's a Gamestop store in 2025. You're only going here if you need something quick and are willing to pay the upcharge for convience. Careless about their customer service, but when I went it was a normal look your way don't say anything, when you walk up to the counter and you're ready to buy something they'll acknowledge you situation. Keep it moving. Everything that is new works and the used products are decent. Go in with that mentality and it's fine. If you're looking to be catered to, find another store.”
