Manager(Nathan) said he'd get my problem resolved and call me back within 24 hrs...it's been 7 days, I've called and left voicemails for 4 days in a row and still haven't heard anything or got problems resolved

Worst place to do equipment return. Literally you have to wait in line at least 1/2 if you’re lucky to get you and process the equipment.
Is better to get it to UPS

I liked Xfinity customer service online, but I went into the store fhis time. They had a long of people, and don't get me wrong, I understand when or if they are busy, but I saw one guy checking ppl in amd precedes to walk around and be on his phone. No thank you. I'll figure out another day or way to turn in my equipment.
Nevermind, he finally came to help, but I hate for the others that has been sitting there and he could of help.

Love xfinity but this shop was terrible. Clean space and options. However 6 out of the 7 employees just stood together talking and hanging out, while one person had the huge line of people waiting. Not to mention, just needed to hand off equipment...yet had to wait in the entire line ,even though walk in returns got assited right away. Shouldn't take almost 30 min just to see someone to hand off a box.

This was our second trip into the store to replace the faulty storm-ready equipment we received. The store refused to return the equipment because we had to have a technician come out and verify the equipment wasn't working properly. Done! Spoke to customer service several times over the phone and online. They filed the claim and told us to take the faulty equipment to the store and pick up a new one. We were assured by customer service that the Woodlands store had the equipment in stock, verified that the claim was good to go and the need for replacement was noted in the account. We were told that the equipment would be ready for pick up today. I got to the store this morning and to no avail. One of the sales reps, Angie, refused to replace the equipment again, even though the issue was noted and claim verified. The lack of communication between the stores and customer service is unacceptable and the unwillingness to help customers is especially ridiculous considering Xfinity's constant internet outages.

Hashem should be given ten stars!!! After being on the phone for two days , in the store once previously interacting with two other employees who couldn’t help me. Went back home as they said to no avail! Went back in and Hashem gave me what I needed within 5 minutes! Ten stars for him ! A negative rating for all the others A, and B

When it works it's fine, but good luck getting them to listen to you, fix any issue or generally not waste hours of your time trying to get through a malfunctioning autopmated chat. Also, get a ticket number for anything, because they will lie to you in a heartbeat.

One of the employees lied saying I could bring my router that needed to be returned to UPS after refusing to take it because he was apparently working with another customer that was across the store on a phone call for 5 minutes and the employee was at the desk. I thought they were done since the customers had been not talking to the employee talking on their phone call. Also all other employees were busy for 15+ minutes while there were 5 people waiting, and multiple of them left because they were completely ignored while coming in and waiting over half an hour or more in some of their cases
