One of the employees lied saying I could bring my router that needed to be returned to UPS after refusing to take it because he was apparently working with another customer that was across the store on a phone call for 5 minutes and the employee was at the desk. I thought they were done since the customers had been not talking to the employee talking on their phone call. Also all other employees were busy for 15+ minutes while there were 5 people waiting, and multiple of them left because they were completely ignored while coming in and waiting over half an hour or more in some of their cases

You will be lied to. They will cheat you. They will nickel and dime your bills with inaccurate charges. If you get on a payment plan with a phone, they will keep charging you for the phone until you go to a store and threaten them. No live agents on the phone! Robot teleserve only! They are piggybacking off of Verizon’s lines and service is horrible!! DONT DO IT! Go somewhere else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I normally don’t do bad reviews, but I had the worst experience today with Hamza. He’s really unprofessional and stopped me from buying a new phone, just because of his attitude and unwillingness to help. I wanted to trade my phone and get a new one, but he wouldn’t even listen to my questions. He was defensive and helpless in general. Hope he can improve his customer service skills, but I’m not going back. Plus, I’m switching providers ASAP. Not recommend at all.

The guy Hamza is extremely bad, so bad in service, the worst customer service in all USA, don’t listen the questions, don’t tell a reasonable reason for the answers, so rude and notbpolite. He really broke my boundaries whit his attitude, Hey guys Xfinity is amazing company, I've been customer for more than 5 years, is so sad and angry, the worked like that put the name of this so good company in the toilet and pull the chain.

In store I went to change my plan and change modem , Lady on welcome the guy who check in and help. Change modem is very good person Was polite and good in behaviorthe representative MC , his attitude toward us is horrible toward us didn’t help us in plan information ℹ️We ask simple question if bill will be the same same shown hereDidn’t even helpHe say :“if bill didn’t come same you can look somewhere else we have “”Morris Connor his name I guess it on tablevery worst attitude everI tell him on face I am customer Wd Xfinity for 7 or 8 years I just want trust .

Beware! Woodlands Xfinity Store at the Woodlands Mall hands out used cable boxes wrapped up in plastic claiming them to be brand new, when they are not. Better to call the 1800 number if your box stopped working. Employees at this location are not trustworthy.

if you report xfinity to bbb, u r threatened that u cannot call them for service only for 100 usd, u get no credits, even if outages, and u cannot call xfinity to ask or report outage ..this is complete abuse of power i was threatened on phone that if contact bbb anymore, i will have my service cut and told they can do whatever they want with my account ..bc they are the business and i m the customer this is completely outrageous and not even worst comanies theratened customers off 7 years like this!!!

Customer service is really bad here. You Might have more success getting a brick wall to help you. Someone hire up than the current manager needs to help these employees think critically and do more than read off of a script to the customers.Literally went to a different location today and ALL issues I had were resolved IN store. They figured out what this team told me was not possible in 30 minutes.

Greatest and easiest experience in switching over our phones. I can’t remember our sales lady’s name but she was PHENOMENAL, she was on us like white on rice and she didn’t for an up sell; just let us know what else was available. I cannot recommend this store enough!

Beware, the service is terrible and they pretty much scammed me out of $800. I went into this store to do a trade in on a iPhone, the rep said that my trade in value of $800 so I proceeded. I purchased a new phone and the rep said I would get a label in the mail for a trade in. I’ve never received this label. I went in to discuss it in person and it sounds like the rep did not put the transaction in as a trade. Either way, I spent multiple days and over 5hours in the store and no luck, I’m stuck with the new phone (full price) and an old phone that they won’t let me trade it in. Upon requesting to a store manager they said they don’t have one. I requested to speak to a district/regional manager and again the said that’s not possible, there’s no way for me to contact them.

Very useless, rude, lazy, and condescending staff. Robotic, poor listeners who are more vested in the black and white information on their computers as opposed to actually listening to what the client is saying. Any task requiring extra effort, complex thought, or problem-solving skills overwhelms them. The one guy who is the "greeter" really just sits (standing is exhaustive for him) and set the visit's tone by contantly interrupting me before I was even able to finish explaining my issue. I had to literally ask him to stop saying "no" when I hadn't even asked a question yet. There is a major disconnect between the information given at this store vs. the feedback given from the call center, and it's all at the expense of the customer's valuable time and money. At&t is a far superior company.

I don’t know where else to contact this store about fixing this problem so I’m just going to write it on here. Hopefully management reads this. I went in because I needed to buy internet only for my PS4 to play a video game. The employee who helped me could not answer my questions like: how much data does a specific plan give me?My main issue is I told her I wanted to apply the ACP to my plan because I had already been approved for it. She told me it would be denied and there’s no point trying.That night I called Xfinity phone services and the employee over the phone helped me apply the ACP to my plan because it did qualify!!! He was confused onto why she would tell me it would not work.It’s frustrating when employees do not take the time to maximize customer experience. I wish she would have taken the time to look into this for me in person.I know I could have walked away when I felt iffy about the service but I had hope that the employees had my best interest in mind while making purchasing decisions.

I would give them a negative star if possible. Terrible service!!! I got a roaming charge for $1300 in Europe for a country that wasn't covered, and they didn't even send me a single text message to inform me about it, NOT one! All other carries informe you about rates etc when you arrive to a country, this carrier just likes to rip you off after the fact. $1300 for 5 hours of service in Kosovo. Insane. I wouldn't recommend this carrier to anyone.

not only their support is the worst, no matter what your problem automated caller first wastes 20 minutes restarting your modem no matter what! even worse is, that they have their own mobile application they use every time you call them to supposedly verify your identity. Now, every time you call the app is outdated and have to install new, and troubleshoot that one for 2 hours before even you get to use the app to open a ticket to speak with a customer support person. Every single time I have an issue I wasting several hours starting with their joke of a mobile app! You can not maintain a website and app, then try something much simpler!
