I had a fantastic experience at this location. Bertha was prompt to greet me and was friendly and welcoming. I had a short wait time (about 3 minutes) before I was greeted and assisted by Ramon. He was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable, and efficiently addressed my banking needs. Thank you!
