“Molly was exceptional at assisting me in starting a new account, getting everything set up and explaining the process. The assistant branch manager was incredible as well! So thorough, compassionate, kind and really felt like she cared and was listening. Previous to this visit I went to the chase across the street and was turned away by them even though they were the ones who issued the check I was trying to cash!! 100% will never bank anywhere else. Thank you Stephanie and Molly!!!”

“I take care of my elderly parents and, over the past few months, that has included some financial management. Not being on their accounts makes it complicated but Sonia and Kim have bent over backwards to accommodate the special needs of ninety year old customers time and time again. The staff at the Tomball location is stellar. I cannot say enough about their kindness and customer service. Fantastic group of people!”

“Im giving this location five stars because I was using another branch closer to my home. For six months they told me I could not close a joint account with my now ex husband. I went into the tomball branch and not only did they say yes, I could close it, but they did it for me that day! 6 months of stress lifted immediately! Every person I’ve dealt with, both tellers and managers, at the tomball location were very respectful and professional. I’ll go out of my way to work with them from now on.”

“Site is clean and professional. I encountered Joshua and the manager, Desna. Both put their full effort to help. They took red tape and technical hurdles as challenges they could solve rather than as dead-ends. They worked in a human manner which is often missing at other places these days. Also, I've observed how the other tellers treat patients and I found it very courteous. Wait time is very good, even in the hour before closing. I didn't have a problem using the ATMs there. Conveniently located beside the HEB.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. I stopped in to this branch -- first branch visit since opening a WF account online -- and the teller was extremely helpful, got me set up so I could withdraw cash from my account even though I didn't have the debit card yet. She walked me through adding my debit card to Apple Pay so I could do everything with the app right there in the store. Very helpful and polite. I'll be back.”

“I think this bank has excellent customer service. I called to ask a question and was answered right away, no holding. The person that answered the phone was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I went into the bank everything went smooth and I was in and out. I haven’t been inside a bank for years, because I do everything online but this was something I had to go in for and has very satisfied.”
