Chase Bank provides good service and great experiences, with many customers reporting being very happy. Staff members are described as sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. They are quick to assist with opening accounts, adding beneficiaries, and explaining products. While one customer found other channels not helpful, a relationship banker was able to expertly handle a complex request, turning a seeming lost cause into a highly recommended solution. The efficient service allows customers to complete their banking needs, like adding cash funds or opening savings accounts, in roughly 30 minutes.
May be Chase is too big for the regular customers. I need meeting around 27th May to discuss options about my CDs, but Chase can't provide a date now. It is equally difficult to navigate through the electronic phone setup. Chase needs to do a better job to cater to its customers.
