Store is always disorganized and the sales staff never know where anything is. I asked about plus size clothes and was told “I don’t know have you tried online?” I just left.

The employees followed me around the store. Pretending to be folding clothes. I was racially profiled!!!! When I walked towards the front 3 of them was at the front door as if I was going to run out the store. I went to the register and they all went towards the back & I said did yall think i was going to run out the store? She said oh no someone just left. I told her about my bad experience & she said we have these 2 women who comes in here stealing all the time. But I am not those people!!! I know they don’t care, but I will never shop there ever again!!!

I love this location..the ppl are always friendly and willing to stop what their doing to help. This is one of the reason why I open the Old Navy credit card. Great customer service

I went just to get a dress that I saw online. Once in the store, I went to check the clearance section out. To me, is always hard to find cute stuff, but not today. I found a bunch of stuff at great price. Can't say I'm not happy with my purchase.
