“Always very quick and friendly service. Love this pharmacy better than any chain pharmacy like Walgreens or evs. Highly recommend and only good things to say about the service my family has received. Really appreciate the added cap they give for my children's liquid medication.”

“After the hurricane HEB publicly announced to provide charging stations for the customers and HEB customer WiFi. It is the light for a lot of customers whose home lost power. Respect HEB and will continue shopping here. 5 stars forever!”

“If you live in Tomball, why are you not using First Care Pharmacy?! I’m so grateful we found this pharmacy 5 years ago. Mrs. Vu and Mr. Carlton take such good care of me & my family. With our weekly refills, they help us stay on top of everything. I text the pharmacy with my refills and they get them ready immediately! I have never had to wait in line or wait for a prescription to be filled. I can’t recommend First Care Pharmacy enough!! Thank you Mrs. Vu for taking such good care of us and treating us like family.”

“I am on several RX’s which OFTEN have availability issues at the regular “big box” pharmacies.. AND SO FAR, EVERY TIME THIS HAPPENS- MS PHARMACY has the inventory. I would use them full time, however their location to my home is not preferred so they are my back up when I have issues only. The care and service at the smaller “family sized and ran” type pharmacies can’t be beat in my view.”

“I drive past 2 other CVS pharmacy locations to go to this one due to the friendly staff & ease of picking up prescriptions. They are always so friendly & make sure to greet you as soon a you walk up, even when they’re busily filling orders back behind the counter. They always help with upcoming prescription needs & if I’m having any issues with getting them set up in the app. They always suggest any available vaccines I may want to get & I feel well taken care of of. By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever frequented & I’m always happy to see them when I go in.”

If there was ever a course on pharmacy etiquette and professionalism HEB pharmacy should teach it!!!!!! I am moving soon and where I am going sadly they won’t have one. Thank you Connie, Christian, Stephanie, Tracy and many more that work there. Keverett”

“I can't say nothing bad about this establishment. Every issue every medication every problem I've had these doctors have gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm healthy. Dr. Jason is the only doctor I've met in Texas that can give a Cortizone shot and it doesn't even hurt. Sometimes they do run behind a little bit but just like a good restaurant you always wait because you know you're going to get good service”

She actually takes the time to listen and always has great customer service. She made what can be a stressful pharmacy visit feel so easy, and it’s employees like her that keep me coming back. Thank you, Aurora!”

All I will say they do a great job. sometimes they might get backed app because there are a lot of people that use it and you may have to wait in line, but that really is the only complaint that I can think of if it was a good job and they've always taken care of me. babe.”

“I came to the pharmacy looking for a particular kit and was having trouble acquiring it. Atira needed time looking up information, so I decided to check with another pharmacy in the area to see if I would have any luck and didn’t. When I returned Atira had already came up with a solution for me to get the kit. I really appreciated her going above and beyond for me.”

“I went there with my little son to print passport photos and the young lady who assisted us was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She asked if we needed any help and stayed with us throughout the entire process making sure we got our photos done correctly. It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly cares and takes the time to help others. Even though this location is farther from our home,m I will gladly go the extra mile and drive here whenever I need something in the future.”
