“This is a mom & pop pharmacy where you get individualized care. I've known the pharmacist for years when both my parents were living with me and on hospice care. He'd deliver the meds himself and showed genuine care & concern regarding some of my mom's meds since the different Dr's don't speak with each other regarding the same patient's care unfortunately. The team that works there as well as him are truly friendly, show genuine care and compassion. The ONLY issue with going to an independent pharmacy is that they're not open late or 24/7.”
“I love my HEB!!! So much variety, all kinds of tasty treats, and a super friendly staff. Their beer selection is awesome — they carry a lot of my favorites. I asked about a beer they didn’t have, and they actually ordered it for me and called when it came in. Really cool customer service!”

“I went to pick up my medicine but I was surprised the price of my medicine was $591. Kimberly and Laura asked me to wait for few minutes on the drive through. They called the medicine company and they were able to bring the price down to $35.
***I thank God there still people with hearts out here ??

“I started coming to this store because it is very rare when they are out of a product. They seem to keep their shelves STOCKED way better than the big store on 529 that constantly has empty shelves like it's a Third-world country. The deli counter is always cooking meals that smell great, too. The other thing I notice is that this store is really clean every time I visit. Kudos to management for doing such a fine job. Too bad 1040 can't have management that cares as much as these guys obviously do!”

“I've been coming to this pharmacy for my entire life. From when I was a child with my parents to now as an independent adult. My parents have never had an issue here and neither have I. Always have had professional, informative, friendly employees from the techs to the pharmacist. Today I'd really like to speak on Aaron. He's been here for a long time and today he really helped me out in a tricky situation with insurance. Came in with my new Insurance card in the new year and was told it's inactive and to call my insurance, so I did. Was given a reference number and then was told Aaron was going to call for me instead. He was able to get more info and guided me once again. Called my insurance's pharmacy and had not much luck where Aaron once again guided me. Came back one more time and still no luck until he started to try different methods and tricks to look me up in the system one last time(he had been trying these tricks previously as well). After a total of about 2 hours I was finally able to get my prescriptions for the correct price of no cost saving me around 100$. Long story short, Aaron really went out of his way to make sure to check in on my progress, help me figure things out, and saved me money I don't really have at the time to spend while still keeping it professional and lighthearted even though the problem was not caused by him while still helping other customers”
“The BEST pharmacy out there! The doctor messed up my prescription and sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Bailey's pharmacy phoned the doctor and the other pharmacy and got the prescription. The best part is they then delivered the prescription to our home! Very happy with their service!

“I called this Kroger to ask if they had any sushi grade fish. Mark picked up the phone and related to me that they did not. He said he wasn't academy sure if they did or not, but let me know that since he wasn't sure, the fish was more than likely NOT sushi grade! This was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision to not purchase any fish for sushi. This is still absolutely my go-to store for grocery shopping, and Mark only reinforced my decision to keep coming here. Thank you!”
