Conroe's Redwing has left me in need the past few visits, and oddly, Tomball always seems to have the boots I am searching for. The store here is a bit more spacious & better laid out. Feels cleaner as well, though I'm sure it's newer too. All in all, a great experience.

Boot Barn has the greatest customer service. I lost a $300 gift card and thought it was irreplaceable. The people at the Tomball store gave me a number to call customer service. They took my information and today I received an email replacing the $300 gift card. I am very grateful and so pleased with their service

Today I behaved like an ass. Even though I did Clint and his worker showed me grace which I didn't deserve. I've never seen such professionalism from a guy when I didn't deserve it. I will forever be greatfull for there forgiveness. Thank you
