“Ordered the Thor Diamond with Rust Armor. Great product! Great installation videos! Had ZERO issues installing… and actually was way easier than I expected. The product is super stout. I had a minor issue with the court stencil… really not a big deal… just simply the delivery guy could have warned that the stencil box should be stored inside away from humidity otherwise the cardboard will warp. However, I called pro dunk and spoke to Ryan… there were no questions asked he simply said a new one will be shipped tomorrow. I’m very appreciative of pro dunk. The system definitely impresses and the lighting is fantastic!”

“I called in at 6:20PM when they close at 7:00PM with a 25-minute drive to get there. I informed the owner of the unlucky experiences I’ve had at other pro shops because their hours are posted but they are NEVER THERE! She asked me if I’m actually on the way and I assured her I was. 10 minutes before they closed was when I would arrive. She told me she would stay and keep the shop open for me to make sure I got what I needed. How amazing, right?!
It was my first time going through the entire process, from start to finish, and I learned so much from a true professional. The fact she knew everything about bowling, even dating back to the 1990’s of Swede’s Bowling Shop at AMF Windfern… it made me feel like I was at the right spot.
I thought everything would take days or at least a week, I was able to get my ball picked out, sized, my shoes, and my bag, all in one visit. I was there for maybe 45 minutes and I couldn’t be more happy with going here to get everything I needed.
