Most uncomfortable work boots I have ever put on. They hurt my feet

I like the boots, but I was disappointed that I was not given the premium upgraded insoles that were part of a promotion. When I purchased the boots, they did a foot scan on me to help determine my size. After trying on several pairs I purchased some boots and headed home. Later that night, I remembered I was supposed to have gotten the premium insole upgrades. When I went back to the store, I was told they couldn't give me the premium insole upgrades because I didn't get them on the day I purchased the boots. Like I said, I like the boots, but I would prefer to buy my next pair at an establishment that appreciates my business.
Update: The owner of this business reached out to me to resolve the issue. I haven't talked to them yet, but I appreciate their quick response. As I mentioned in the original review, I like the boots. I also appreciate the owners quick response to my review. I should also note that the sales rep was very helpful when I purchased the boots.

The Sales rep was very friendly and professional. Even checked to make sure I was getting the best fit for the shoes and recommended some inserts that would specifically give me more support. And being on my feet all day, they are very comfortable, lightweight, and durable!

I originally went in for a pair of Pecos steel toes but had to order due to width of my foot. The 2 ladies in the store were amazing at customer service and due to their helpfulness, Redwing has a customer for life. Unfortunately I came back in about a week later because I needed new boots for the next day and the pair I ordered had not come in. The employee walked me through several different options and was glad I ended up choosing a nicer looking boot that was in stock. The Redwing employees were A+ and have already recommended RW to my friends.
