“We had a food truck coming to our church for our youth ministry that had a blow out 3 min away from us. My friend and I went over to see if we could help but they didn’t have a spare tire and all the local tire shops were closed. The food truck owner called a 24 hr tire truck to come out but they said it would be 30 min, 15 min later they called back and said it was gonna be 45 min. Then we see a car pass by and turn around and stopped, it was Giovanni…he asked if we needed help and that he could replace the tire…he said he’d turn around and go back to his shop and get what he needed and come back and do it.
This man went above and beyond what any shop would do, on his way home from a long day turns around and helps…wow!!! If they do this on there time off of work for customers I can’t imagine how much they do at the shop durning business hours for there customers…I’ll definitely be going there first when I need some tires.”
“Went to Discount Tire to replace 2 tires on my Honda Accord, but Matthew took the time to actually check everything first. Since I drive a lot, he explained why it made more sense to replace all 4 instead of just doing two now and dealing with the rest later. I appreciated that he didn’t rush it and actually looked out for me.
He also helped me pick the right tires based on my driving and even gave me a discount, which was a nice surprise. The whole process was super smooth; I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
