“I have had my vehicle in several times and every time Jim and his great team went over and above what I expected, and when I got my bill it was less than what my local shop quoted me. My trip from Conroe is worth every extra mile, won't go anywhere else! Thanks Jim.”
“Got 2 flat tires at 10pm. Called and within 15 minutes they were working on my car. They even checked the other tires and saved me from a third tire going flat. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. They were so kind, helpful, and affordable!”
“My appointment was for an oil change. I appreciate and thank you for the discount for a first time customer! I also appreciate the multipoint check that was done on the vehicle. The car has been serviced by the dealer until now, since I was unaware of a Volvo specialist in the area. (Should have asked AI much sooner!). I will be a repeat customer.”
“Always fabulous and fast service…very polite, professional employees?. Went in today for state inspection, had time for a cup of coffee and they were done within a half hour…Thank you Sun Auto!!!! .Susie T”

“I had a check engine light come on in my truck and took it to Certified Techs. Johnnie was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. After diagnosing the issue, he let me know there was an active recall that had extended the warranty through the dealership.
What really impressed me was his integrity. He could have done the repair himself and charged me for it, but instead he pointed me to the dealership so the repair would be covered under warranty and save me money. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days.
If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend Certified Techs. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future.”

“Overall very nice team. They fixed our car damage to a pristine, brand new condition. Super considerate that they parked our car under the shade when I picked it up. Also, they took care of returning our rental vehicle to Enterprise. They made everything painless. My Wife had good praises for them.
Joe- very nice guy, explained processes in simple terms
Shelby-was kind enough to step out to show me where my car was located
Victoria-was patient in answering my questions and with me coming back and forth several times”

“Perfect fast experience and the owner is professional and understandable about my car tires and also tells me about explaining me about my stickers in the side of the door was my original tire size and, because earlier today, I went to discount tires and Walmart and they both screw me over and I had all 4 wrong tires size and i spent over $1200 brand new total both store. And my car was driving crooked and shaking alot and all four tires pop on the freeway as i left stranded no help. I hate both stores. Worst both TIRES stores WALMART and DISCOUNT TIRES IN THE WORLD. But this new tire shop i called Vaquero helped me out saved and rescued me because they also do mobile service and fixed my problem and my car doesn't shake any more nor is it not crooked or tilted. Best and #1 tire shop in America. They care about people and actually help. Unlike other tire shop.... ask for Jeff nice ? employees also help me double check everything and amazing check and simple 2 the point.”
