The following morning Manager Mike called me to explain their findings. In addition to the o ious tire issue he provided a detailed explanation of the cost for replacing the tire(s) and other negative issues with proposed cost. He helped make an otherwise dreadful experience survivable and almost pleasant despite the cost!
