“Our Sprinter Camper Van lost a wheel on I10 on our way into Houston. The tow truck delivered it to these guys an hour before closing on a Friday night before Thanksgiving. They had to drill out the shorn lug nuts as well as replace brake parts and come up with a replacement rim and tire. They stayed 1.5hrs past their usual closing time to get us back on our way. They know Sprinters and do honest quality work. I can't recommend highly enough!”

I first took our vehicle to first choice Collision on hwy 105 in conroe was highly disappointed in the matter in which they wanted to handle our repair. Before even looking at the vehicle they were discussing totaling out the vehicle. This was not an option for our family. Israel knew my concerns for the safety of my daughter in her vehicle, Milstead repaired the vehicle in a timely manner. I had serious concerns that the car would be totaled out. “After having the Barker Cypress location (now closed) bend over backwards to help my BF fix the AC system that was not working right when he bought the truck years ago, it was a blessing to have the 2 year warranty on the parts. The Louetta location was able to quickly complete the work swapping out the warrantied parts and complete other needed work in less that four hours. Their pricing is very fair and I will continue taking my vehicles to them over some of the other automotive repair chains in my area.”

Not only did they have plenty for me to choose from, but they were all in relatively good condition.I'll definitely be back here.”
