βLori and Bruce were great to work with. I wanted a brush guard and a new bed cover. Next thing I knew I bought a leveling kit and some new more aggressive tires. I had been thinking about it for a while and Bruce led me through the whole process. Their team of mechanics did great work, spent time just talking to me and explaining my upgrades. I'll definitely go back when i decide to get the airbags on the back end for towing. Great work and definitely recommend them.β

They will even tell you when things aren’t worth fixing. This alone tell you they are honest and not just trying to “get your money”.
My family and everyone I have recommend to this shop have said they will go to Toy Tech until… forever!!! DO NOT HESITATE.. just wish they were open on weekends. But I can understand why they are not.β

βThey got me in and out without a hitch. Fast friendly service. Starbucks coffee in the lobby, large screen tv and nice seating while I waited (which wasnβt long). βRequested check for noise I heard, and solution to why 3 windows no longer worked properly. Kennedy did their diagnostic and explained the solutions. We ordered master window switch, and parts needed for original issue-then I scheduled service dates that worked for me. Parts arrived, work completed as promised, and I picked up my freshly washed Lexus as scheduled last Thursday. Not surprising, all's well so far. I am so grateful for Mike's team making this a calm experience! Know that I really appreciate this team's care, service, & professionalism!

βI can honestly give Tomball Collision five stars based on my experience with them repairing my 2022 Ford Explorer ST.
From the beginning, J. Myers explained how the process would work and when I could expect updates. What impressed me most was that he followed through. Communication was consistent, the updates came when promised, and I never felt like I was being left wondering what was happening with my vehicle.
Enterprise picked me up when I dropped off my Explorer, and the entire process was handled smoothly. When I picked my ST back up, the repair looked excellent and, just as importantly to me, the vehicle drove exactly as it should.
Tomball Collision even surprised me with a thank-you note and gifts when I picked up my vehicle. They didn’t have to do that, but it says something about the attention they put into the customer experience.
I take a lot of pride in my Explorer ST, so handing it over after an accident was not something I took lightly. Tomball Collision earned my trust through their communication, workmanship, and professionalism.

βThis place is as honest as they come. I regularly have my vehicles inspected from the amount of miles we drive and more times than not I’ve had my vehicle returned with an “everything looks great” or the repairs that have been done were done right the first time or quickly corrected. They aren’t a cheap shade tree mechanic but they aren’t the headache that other places deliver. Even my father in law is impressed with them and that’s a difficult man to impress.β

βKinda wack that we brought my car to chris here at galindos and told him that the a/c doesn't work that we needed him to find and fix the issue with the a/c, to which he only found the issue MONTHS later. Has had my car in his possession for 2 wks or so like 4+ separate times to which within the first 48 hrs of having the car the a/c would go back out. He accepted my moms work vehicle as payment yet the a/c was still not working, so we continued to bring my car to him just for him to waste my entire year& finally find the problem well after he's had my moms car as payment and has the audacity to ask for $1k to repair what should have already been repaired. Taking advantage of a young women smdh, I am not satisfied & did not recieve any *actual* repairs while he recieved an entire vehicle for payment. I have changed the review to 5 stars but my expirience is truth and factual ?ββοΈβ
βI got a diagnostic from valvoline a few years back and came to this shop with a laundry list of repair recommendations because they had the lowest cost estimate of local shops. They explained what I did/ didn't need from that list and showed me how I could tell that those components are worn. The master technician was very friendly and honest, very knowledgeable and helpful. The team managed a fast turn around. Strut, rotor, and serpentine belt replacements in one day. They want to make sure you're in a safe vehicle and will go out of their way to point out potential hazards. They also save you money where they can. I do my own work these days, but if I lived in Tomball and had the money to spend, this shop is the only one I'd ever go to.β
βThe only place that I could get a straight answer out of. No where else could I find that does flywheels. They were very friendly and not too professional where it is annoying, just good all around service. And the resurfacing was a bit more than I had hoped but when I picked it up I didnt even think it was my own part it looked so new. Its also impossible to find that service elsewhere so, well worth it.β
