“We’ve been a long time customer of CB in the Fairfield community, however, this CB was close to my work. I had an issue happen on Friday and after speaking with the owner, they ordered the part I needed and were ready to fix it up Monday morning. I got to CB, the shuttle brought me to work (driver was very personable), received a text around 10am saying it was ready and the shuttle picked me up from work around 4:45. I had a great experience as a first time customer of this CB. I will definitely visit again!”

“They are very friendly! I had my breaks done first then later an alignment. I ended up just needing tires which was something they noticed and brought to my attention after doing my alignment. Once I got my tires changed my car drove smoothly. If he hadn't noticed I'm not sure what could've happened.”

Very professional. This was the first time using the Tomball location, very happy it was so close to home. I had used the Willowbrook location in the past with great results as well.My car was repaired one week earlier than originally promised!”

“Kinda wack that we brought my car to chris here at galindos and told him that the a/c doesn't work that we needed him to find and fix the issue with the a/c, to which he only found the issue MONTHS later. Has had my car in his possession for 2 wks or so like 4+ separate times to which within the first 48 hrs of having the car the a/c would go back out. He accepted my moms work vehicle as payment yet the a/c was still not working, so we continued to bring my car to him just for him to waste my entire year& finally find the problem well after he's had my moms car as payment and has the audacity to ask for $1k to repair what should have already been repaired. Taking advantage of a young women smdh, I am not satisfied & did not recieve any *actual* repairs while he recieved an entire vehicle for payment. I have changed the review to 5 stars but my expirience is truth and factual ?♀️”

“Fast, courteous service. Bought my vehicle without a wheel key from the dealer. Discount Tire gave me the run around in the phone saying I would need to buy new lugs from them. I stopped here on a whim - so glad I did. They handled rotate and balance and I didn’t have to buy new lugs. And they gave me a key. Won a customer for life.”
“I got a diagnostic from valvoline a few years back and came to this shop with a laundry list of repair recommendations because they had the lowest cost estimate of local shops. They explained what I did/ didn't need from that list and showed me how I could tell that those components are worn. The master technician was very friendly and honest, very knowledgeable and helpful. The team managed a fast turn around. Strut, rotor, and serpentine belt replacements in one day. They want to make sure you're in a safe vehicle and will go out of their way to point out potential hazards. They also save you money where they can. I do my own work these days, but if I lived in Tomball and had the money to spend, this shop is the only one I'd ever go to.”
“I flew into DFW for a week and rented a car but decided to come to Houston to see my friend who just had surgery. As I pulled out of her apartment complex I heard my front tire going flat. Luckily I was in the same parking lot as NTB and raced in panicking. I tried to explain to Audri as calmly as possible that I was headed to catch a flight in 6 hours but I know that I looked crazed. She was so calm and helpful and patient and swiftly got me in the back. I was sure that I was going to need a new tire but thankfully they patched it up and got me on my way. “I got a huge dent in the side of my brand new car. Hit & run. Tomball Collision did a fantastic job repairing it. The lady at the front desk was very nice & the intake went very smooth. Shaun, the manager, kept me updated on the progress of repairs. They also arranged the rent car for me & had them pick me up.The car looks better than the day I brought it home. I am so pleased with the job they did.”
