“Friday (2025-06-20), these guys hauled a scissor lift that I bought at an auction from the auction site to my warehouse. They were probably a 2 or 3 on the normal people showing up on time thing, but that probably means they are like a 7 or 8 (on a scale of 0-5) star rating on the tow truck driver scale. Tow truck drivers are notoriously late. Google it on Brave and you'll see. I'm bumping them up to a 4 star because the driver was so freaking cool. Once he was on site, he made everything easy. He gave me good advice. He pointed out something that the auction house was screwing me over on and I was able to correct it. He was just simply amazing. It's been a few days, and I'm bad with names, but if the owners are reading this. I think his name was Roy, and he was freaking awesome and I will use you guys for all my towing needs in the Houston area from now on.”

“This place is ran by a genuine, honest man. Character of an individual is important to me when having to put my trust in quality work. Irving is a humble, honest individual whom I would trust with all four of my vehicles! Skip those big fancy shops who won’t even remember you from the next customer and come here to be treated like a valued customer!”
