I do not post often ,but I felt a responsibility to let customers know that my experience at this location was not favorable. First, wanted to let you know that this store is an Authorized Retailer not a Verizon corporate store and they operate differently. Second I googled Verizon stores and it explain that authorized retailers may have less training than corporate stores and it was very apparent as the process of getting a new phone seemed foreign to them. There were two employees that stood out and not in a good way. The employee we purchased our phone from gave us the run around. I had to call him back instead of the other way around. The last thing he said was he would text us the information on who to contact at Verizon and that never happened! Another employee at the same location we interacted with ; he could not have been more rude! He said we were supposed to pay for our phones the day we gave them to the employee we previously were working with. We told him we did what we were told by his store and he said “I cannot help you what done is done!”
Unless these employees get additional training and adjust their attitudes I would not recommend visiting this store.

Excellent service! I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever!! Ibrahim assisted me in upgrading my iPhone and adding my mother‘s phone to my account. All with the bonus of a new iPad. Ibrahim was professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable on the different features on the phones and the plans that would work best for me. I left feeling like I’ve gotten such a great deal. I greatly appreciate the extra time he spent with me and my mother to get us all set up!!

I had a fantastic experience at this Verizon store thanks to Desmond. He was incredibly helpful—kindly answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. My eight-year-old daughter even commented several times as we drove away how nice he was! Highly recommend asking for Desmond if you stop by.

I’m going to make a long story short. Chris that works at the 1960 location,that also works on west rd at times went beyond that was expected of him .Chris helped a non costumer,moments before closing. (Minutes later became a grateful customers). Chris From Verizon I HOPE the HEADQUARTERS reads this reviews .I need for Verizon to give you Chris a promotion. The knowledge that you have in customer service and how to go beyond that satisfaction needs to be taught to other stores. The one in Rosenberg needs training. Chris can go to all the Verizon location observe and watch them interact with customers And where they are lacking have Him train them. Not only in customer service but also what you can do to get new customers switched over , WHEN THE COMPANY THAT’S BEING SWITCHED to VERIZON DOESN’T WANT TO COOPERATE HE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY GET THE JOB DONE . I literally went to a total of 5 stores trying to get switched over and get the information I needed to get into my accounts and the only one that was able to do it was the Verizon store on 1960 and the employee was CHRIS. CHRIS GOT THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!! Thanks Chris for all you did to get me going.

Came into the store, told the woman I would like to pay off my phone. She said I couldn't since my account was new. I said the website and the online representative said I can pay it off early in store with cash. She went to ask her coworker. Came back, said I can't. She asked another coworker, they said no as well.
I then went to the Verizon store near the woodlands mall. Got seen immediately and they took my payment within 5 minutes. They said the other store didn't know what they're talking about.
