The staff at Champion were so nice, personable and respectful. They regularly kept her up to date on the status of repair. And of course, they repaired her car in a timely manner. Actually, above and beyond.
So, about a month and a half ago, my front fender needed replacing. By this time I was sold on Champion because of how they took care of my wife. They definitely gave me great service (from customer service all the way to the actual repair.) I highly recommend Champion.”
“I was in a car accident in late September. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was badly damaged. I took it to Joe Hudson Collision Center in Mabank, Texas for the initial estimate for the insurance coverage and for subsequent repairs. They did a fantastic job! Jason and Hannah communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on the progress and additional repairs needed. They took care of everything for me including notifying the rental car agency of the additional time needed. I got my van back a few days ago and it looks brand new. Jason has called and texted me since to make sure everything is okay. I really recommend this repair shop!”

“Hitzfield's Auto was a true God-send!! I was in TX on vacation, when my car had severe issues. Hitzfield's got me in right away, diagnosed the issue in a short time, and got the alternator and blown fuse fixed within hours. Heather was so kind to give us a ride to and from our Airbnb. They were informative, very reasonably priced, and just plain 'ole GREAT service with friendliness and a smile. So glad to have taken our Airbnb host's recommendation. I heard Hitzfield's was always busy and assumed we'd have a hard time getting into the shop for diagnosis, but such was not the case.... they were quite busy, yet they made time for us because of our vacation time constraint. Such a God-send!!”

“Let's just be honest....we are all leery of car salesmen, worried about getting a good deal and a reliable car, and being pushed/influenced to purchase add-ons and things 'we need' but in actuality we really don't. This was NOT my experience!!! My daughter is buying her first car and this is an exciting yet scary first step...not knowing what's best and if we're getting a good deal. Vann Vanderburg is THE BEST!!!! He explained everything wonderfully, was very easy to work with, and doesn't have that undesirable salesman aura around him!! He interacted with us as if we were family; explained to my daughter what she was signing and reminded her "always know what you are signing before you sign." It truly felt as though he was watching out for us throughout this purchase.
