“The very first day I came I into the store, I was greeted by Monica. She was so kind to keep the store opened past closing hours during the Keller Summer Nights event. She poured me some wine while Monica showed me different clothing items that I was asking for. I fell in love with their v neck Ts and Top Gun shirt. Their store is gorgeous and I love their layout. They have these beautiful couches to relax in and I can’t forget their Louis Vuitton selection (jewelry and hand bags) OMG! Ladies, this is the #1 boutique store to shop in Keller.”

“This past week I purchased a pair of boots some Wranglers jeans, and a belt at this location in Justin, Texas. My shopping experience was a very positive one, especially when it came to being fitted for the right boots. I have a weird foot for boots and Brandi went way beyond the call of duty in trying to find the right fitting boot for me. She has a wealth of knowledge of her products and finally found a pair of boots for my complicated feet to fit in. This company has a tremendous amount of inventory and I feel reasonably priced. “I came to the mall looking for some new clothes, I had gone to a couple of stores where I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything. Shopping makes me anxious. I went to buckle and was immediately greeted by Justin. “This is one of my most favorite stores to wander around in. They have so many cute purses, jewelry, etc. to look at. Window shopping here is not enough!! I love Brighton products and this place has them. In fact, if you didn't know, they have a discount section in the back for older stock. You can get some steals back there. The manager (maybe the owner), Ann, has been there since it opened and does a good job of training her employees. They tend to know their products. Of course, it was a bit frustrating during COVID because they couldn't afford to be open as much usual, but they're back to their regular hours now! Kimberly K”

“Great Customer Service from Karina, the store manager!!! I order three pairs of shorts in multiple colors online. I received my online order today and the shorts were a little shorter than I like. Furthermore, I called Into Nautica, grapevine mills, location and Ms. Karina, was accommodating from the start. I ask for the 10” Inseam shorts and promptly placed me on hold and looked for my sizes and held them for me until I was able to get to the store and exchange the shorts. Ms. Karina, Was professional and friendly with the other customers as I was waiting in line she had a smile on her face and very helpful even discussing the Nautica and Lucky Brand merger, and I wasn’t aware of that! I shop at lucky brand as well. Ms. Karina, keep up the great customer service, it goes along way with people seriously.”
