“I've been coming to Pauri & Casati for about a month now for just about everything under the sun as it pertains to my wardrobe. Their quality is unmatched, everything from shoes to shirts fit just right.Meagan is an excellent representative of the brand. She is always kind, amazing at making conversation and does an excellent job at curating selections for me and helping me branch out my comfort zone whilst still still taking my personal preferences into account and expanding upon them. I had the chance to meet Massimo Pauri the owner today and he is amazing! Everyone on the team has a passion for what they do and the product they serve.I can honestly dollar for dollar, you're not going to find a better price to quality ratio. I have items from other Italian brand such as Gucci and Ferragamo and I can honestly say this Pauri and Casati's products are of superior quality and most my wardrobe for a very competitive price. I can't wait to give my uncle his custom dress shirt”

“My family has been shopping at Saint Bernards for the past 15 years, first in Dallas and now Southlake. They provide excellent service and have impeccable product knowledge. My only suggestion is in the menswear choices - you previously carried choice for outdoor active, namely Kuhl- which I fell in love with because of your store, only to have you stop stocking their product. Peter Millar is fine for dressy casual, but falls short for any outdoor activities. Please bring back Kuhl for men.”

“10/10 Gavin was amazing and so patient with me. Sometime when you go shopping and you don’t look your best the sales associates will completely ignore you. I was having such a hard time finding shoes last minute and I decided to stop in buckle on the way to my car. Gavin was so kind and sweet and helped me pick out the perfect pair of shoes to go with my dress!!”

“Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”

“I’m giving this location 5 stars solely based off of the store manager, Kelly’s, customers service.Initially, I was helped by another associate who seemed uninterested in problem solving an issue with me regarding a return. The encounter felt cold and like “there’s nothing that can be done” because the return item was a final sale product. I was extremely disappointed as we had the original tag and receipt but understood store policy.My entire experience was turned around and Kelly made my trip absolutely worth it. The inventory and cleanliness of the store overall deserves 5 stars.Again - shout out to Kelly!”

“Had a redemptive experience with a very professional manager today (Clarissa). Sadly my experience with staff outside of management has been hit or miss. The cashier was extremely unpleasant & stubborn with her lack of customer service. So be aware — based off other reviews I’m ready today…if you aren’t having a positive experience with spending over $700 at this location. Ask to speak to aManager & hopefully Clarissa or another co-manager of hers can help show their staff how to professionally assist the clientele.”

“I have bought my daughter's car seat here and was disappointed when it was used out the box though was new. I was able to get a new one but when I put my curbside order in, they cancelled my order and I had to go inside the store after my meeting to get it.”
