Tom Thumb Express is a convenient store with a great layout. The produce is always the best and there are lovely floral decorations and beautiful bouquets at the entrance that make customers smile. However, some find the store has a creepy smell and note that clerks can be super unfriendly. There is also feedback about litter outside being un-inviting. The business demonstrates integrity, as shown by an employee who responsibly returned lost cash to customer service.

I want to love this TT because I live in Trophy Club and it's so convenient; but walking in this store it has a creepy smell. The store has a great lay out but the clerks are super unfriendly. I grew up where you greeted the customer? (Times have changed)Do better.

Love the store! Use it a few times per week. Produce is always the best. Can you please have staff pay a bit more attention to the litter outside especially on the east side where the employees hang out. It is really un-inviting. Thank you!!!!
