“Parts guy was real helpful. The one thing I do hate about Rush (not so much with Kenworth) if you call parts, there will be a 90% chance that you're talking to somebody somewhere else. Really, really, hate that. That goes the same for this place. But at least dude made up for it by being helpful.”

“So a couple years ago my 09 sierra with a 6l80 was diagnosed with a planetary issue in the trans, so the calls began. A local shop quoted me almost 8k for just a rebuild, that when the out of town calls began and I was referred to freakshow from a local and trusted mechanic. They ended up with the work, I got a stage 3 built 6l80 with a 2200 stall converter (since I still pull loaded trailers alot) and I got my truck back within the week all for under 5k. 150k + miles later truck is still doing great and trans still has clean crisp hard shifts so freakshow will definitely be my go to trans shop in the future if needed.”

“I took my 2025 Ford F150XL Regular Cab Short Bed to have a RideTech 3/5 lowering kit i ordered installed! So many shops around here want to make more money from you by not accepting a job if the customer supplies the parts. They didnt even hesitate and said yup!!!, we can 100 percent do this for you and an allignment! They gave me a great price for the labor it took to install the lowering kit with an allignment! The have the best prices in Abilene and they will not try and screw you over like some other shops in the area. Highly recommend Rhino Linings for anything truck accessorie related. “This place is a keeper! My toddler put some change in our Escalade DVD player about a year ago & we’ve been putting it off assuming it’d be a couple thousand to fix. I went to a few places that couldn’t help and was referred to Bill at Burkhart Electronics and he was incredible! He fixed it in less than two hours and it was barely over $100. He even acknowledged it would have cost $1,800 at the Cadillac dealership and still didn’t even try to rip me off. I’d honestly still would have been grateful if it was only $500! I’ll definitely be referring him to everyone in need of electronic repair and hope they’ll be around forever. Good businesses are hard to find.”
