“Fhey delivered my packages to the wrong location, but I was able to go in the day after they said they were delivered. The supervisor took me seriously and didnt automatically assume they were stolen. They tracked down my packages same day, called to follow up, and delivered them to me after only a few hours from going in first thing that morning.”
“I really appreciate that the USPS on base is never really crowded. At least the times that I’ve gone. The workers are always super customer friendly and helpful to me. Services are a little cheaper on base vs off base. So I save a little money by going on base. I wish they stayed opened a little later because the close earlier than the locations off base. I’m usually the only customer in their the times I have gone there for services.

She had the best customer service that I’ve had at any post office that I’ve been to in my life! So warm and friendly. But most importantly she CARED about me. That is something that can not be taught.
Jannett, actually liked her job and she wanted to help me, which is priceless.
In addition to her kindness she was an expert at helping me with my passport renewal and making sure I had everything I needed to getting my last name changed on my passport, taking my passport picture, and getting my mailbox keys she did all of this is 15 mins or less!
