“I rented a unit this week and was very impressed with the property. The unit was spotlessly clean and everything is practically brand new , which makes sense considering the building containing my unit was built last summer and hasn't even had it's first birthday yet. The prices are higher than they used to be 5 -10 years ago (like most things are nowadays), but they are okay (although I don't understand why the big jump in price between the 10x20 and 10x30). At this location, the prices and unit sizes are as follows:5x10 - $60/mo.5x15 - $65/mo.10x10 - $80/mo.19x15 - $90/mo.10x20 - $95/mo.10x30 - $159/mo.The office is comfortable and decorated nicely (see photos). And the lady that works in the office was very kind and helpful. I was able to go to their website the night before and reserve a unit (with no money up front) and when I went to the office the next day, my rental agreement was ready for me to sign. It was all a smooth, quick process. I definitely recommend using Sitzes for your storage needs. ?? A+”
“Good storage and secure. Convenient to access through the keyless entry for main access. However when it’s hot in Abilene I would just be aware of what you are storing especially if it’s affected by the heat. We found another one for the same price that has climate controlled for the unit and for the main area. This makes loading and unloading more bearable in the heat.”

“Cheaper rated than others. Not to fond of the rent increase and late fee increases, when honestly the customer service hasn't changed and the unit is not any different so do t see the reason for it. Units do have electricity....if they would install new bulbs in the units that'd be awesome. Gated access which would be more awesome if it was 24 hours access. I don't like that I can only access my stuff between 7 am and 9 pm. But overall been a decent storage yard.”

“Initially when I was looking for a unit at the time I was, almost all places I looked for the size I needed were booked. I reserved a unit online for this location and when I went in to book it, I was told it was reserved for someone else. However, since I had gotten there before the other person who had reserved days earlier, I was given the unit and I was appreciative of that. I like that property is secured with a gate as well as the ease of access.”

“I won a storage auction at this place. There was no lock on the locker when I got there and the place looked ransacked... But I did the right thing and cleaned it out. Even though, I believe, Augusta realtor should have canceled the payment for the locker due to it not even having the lock on it.**UPDATE Thank you Shelby from Augusta Realtors for reaching out to me. She has reached out to offer a solution for this problem. My star rating is now a 5 instead of 3. This company has shown outstanding courtesy and the ability to solve issues with clients in a timely manner.”
“A great place with excellent staff and service, I have a storage unit I rent from them for the last 3 year's and when my unit was broke into they pulled up video footage of the break in and made a copy of it for me and when I was low on funds they worked with me so I didn't lose my belongings.
