“Moving from Louisiana to Tyler was a big transition for me, but living at Cumberland Apartments has truly exceeded my expectations.
The amenities are amazing, and the 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout is perfect for the price and space. The property is well maintained, and I genuinely feel safe and comfortable here, which means a lot.
What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is so personable, attentive, and quick to help. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly, and the communication from management is phenomenal when it comes to anything involving the complex.
And I have to brag a little 🤭 the movie theater and game room are such great amenities! They really make the community feel fun and welcoming.
Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to call Cumberland Apartments home. If you’re looking for a place in Tyler, I definitely recommend checking them out! ⭐”

“Cynthia called me and told me that my name came up on the list, and asked if I was still interested. So I went into the office. She was very professional and down to earth. I started my paperwork, eventhough she was busy with other tenants and on the phone in a meeting, she still made sure I was OK and asked if I had any questions. Very good and attentive property manager.”
