“Hunter’s Glen is an amazing property. We were very happy there for 7 years. The staff is great and friendly. We had almost no maintenance issues, and the few minor ones that we did have were solved almost immediately. The grounds are kept beautifully, the residents are quiet and the location is perfect; right in the center of everything you could want. I highly recommend Hunter’s Glen to anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Tyler area.”

“The best management, very friendly and caring. Took care of us from the very first time we called to get a lease, and always is very timely with maintenance requests and haven't had any issues with neighbors! Great amenities, probably best apartments I have stayed in.”

“I love this apartment complex. It's not the most luxurious place but i feel safe here with my kids. Jose, the maintenance guy, is the kindest sweetest person. Its great to feel safe with employees and its quiet for the most part.”

“Positives: moderately updated complex, pool, complete with small dog park and green space. The manager, Lilo, is 10/10 and one of the main reasons we moved here rather than anywhere else in the area. Seriously he’s the best apartment manager I’ve ever had, EVER. And the neighbors are pretty quiet & nice too. Also it’s pet friendly (we pay $25/mo pet rent) and there are plenty of cats & dogs around the complex. Not much smoking or anything.Negatives: since the apartments are pretty old, they are kind of dark on the inside, and they have single paned windows and old (and LOUD) a/c units—which makes for a pretty high a/c bill for such a small apartment. Also the owners have made a VERY illogical call when it comes to the pool since COVID. They have limited the open times to 8-5, Tues-Fri. Which means if you work 8-5 in the week you don’t get any value out of the pool your rent is going towards, and if you’ve got kids they can’t go on the weekends. Honestly it makes no sense why they would limit the time rather than the people allowed, or instead have people sign up for times rather than create a bottleneck by limiting the hours, or even cut the rent for those who can’t use the pool since this silly decision. It’s goofy and bothered me enough to create a review and mention it. Hopefully enough people complain that they actually do something about it rather than just ???? “sucks to suck!”Lastly, the ROAD NOISE. Between Shiloh (a main road) on one side, the pool on the other side, and the Harley-Davidson a/c unit inside, we are never away from the roar of white noise here.Long story short: it’s a complex that’s pretty well taken care of considering its age, and if you don’t care about using the beautiful pool you’re paying for then it’s a pretty good price. I’d recommend living here for Lilo alone. Also it’s a great location, like 10-15 minutes from anything you could want in Tyler.UPDATE: they have extended the pool hours to 7pm M-F but will still be closed on weekends, except this July 4 weekend. Making progress…”

“We have been at The Madison for 3 years now and absolutely everything has been great ever since moving in. The location is incredible because we are right in the newest part of Tyler with a bunch of stores, dog parks and restaurants! The mall, starbucks and neighborhood walmart are literally like 4 minutes away. The place is calm, clean and constantly being upgraded with new things like grills and gym equipment. The staff is super nice and friendly and they do things for the residents like free gift wrapping for christmas and breakfasts ! The apartments are very new, spacious and modern!”

“I'm in the process of moving in and my experience so far has been nothing less than EXCELLENT! Carla (the property manager) has gone above and beyond in communicating with me every step of the way even though I was contacting her constantly while (impatiently) waiting on my application to be approved. I'm so happy to have found such a gorgeous place to call home in Tyler!”
