There have also been reports of violent incidents, including a shooting, and domestic disputes. The pool was previously closed for a hot season and there were past problems with hot water availability, with communication from management noted as lacking. Currently, the complex is under new management and new staff, which residents report has made a positive difference. The maintenance team now responds promptly to work orders, and the new management answers calls and tries to solve problems quickly. The units have been remodeled and are described as beautiful, with common areas in great condition. New fences and gates have been installed, the property is kept clean, and the office staff is noted as nice. The parking lot has available spaces and theft has not been an issue.
