“Tyler Is a town somewhere between just another place and a locale on the map of greatness. Most of those who live here would quickly agree. Those who doubt or differ should come down to this building and walk around. You will see living history in a beautifully restored Art Deco office building. Architecture everywhere has been on a reckless downhill slide for at least a century. It is amazing that something like this has been preserved at all much less to the high degree of polish of its current condition. If Tyler does make it to civic greatness it will be in no small part because of the inspiration reflected in the PPB and the efforts of people who appreciate it.”

“I happened to be in Tyler for business and wanted to shop. This mall is listed on Yelp; so I decided to give it a try. The stores were great and the prices were so much cheaper than Dallas that I spent almost $800. The experience was terrific except for one thing and this was the traffic. The store owners need to get with Tyler City Hall and fix this mess. I spent about one hour getting in and around this mall. The city needs a good traffic engineer and do what is necessary to get rid of this HUGE mess around this great area. The traffic problems are destroying the wonderful places. If you don't mind the big city traffic in little Tyler, Texas you will have a great time, but why does the city keep screwing up this jewel? Next time I will shop here again; if I have one hour to kill waiting to spend my money.”

“The reviews I read are all wrong. Dumb people who cannot even spell should not be taken seriously. This bank has an ATM and real, live tellers inside. I am very happy with the service and online banking from Capital One. You can deposit cash or checks if you are at the ATM. Wow, some people can hurt the banks reviews because they don't understand technology.”

“The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because Kelis lady in the front today in orange shirt was amazing!!!! She made my experience better! Katy who works through drive thur was incredibly rude. She told me that she wouldn’t cash my check because the last name was different i explained I just got married still have my not changed my name yet. She said well doesn’t matter I can help you! I said never had a problem before or in the app. She said well then the apps not checking right because it’s my job to check! In a rude tone of voice. I said you don’t have to be rude just send the check back down then. As soon as she presses the button to send it back down she mouth something off to me! I told the branch manager and she was a sweet little lady who took care of it. I was about ready to pull all my funds I have other bank accounts and I had the time to switch it today! The manager was nice and the other lady inside was wonderful but honestly still thinking of leaving because of the mistreatment I have experienced today. Please hold Kathy responsible for her actions! I know it was Kathy because she was the only one working!”
