Absolutely no one answers your phone lines after calling multiple times. Called different locations around tyler tx. Not one single person picked up the phone over multiple calls. Worst customer care I've ever known.

Clerks lack the ability to use logic, the manager is the same. This bank is the absolute worse experience I have had at a bank in my entire life.

My stars are based solely on Bank or America itself and not the teller I dealt with directly. We're traveling and lost our cards so accessing our funds is problematic. Our personal account is a branch based solely on the West Coast, so there is no option to deposit cash into that account. This was the 2nd BOA we went to and tried to deposit cash with my VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and the only BOA that allowed cash to be deposited into the account. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to put cash into my account, but I'm grateful for the teller who made it easy

So you're only open 10 to 4 now, you have hardly any branches anymore to walk into. I still can't get my legal name changed because something that takes literally 5 minutes and I've gone into a branch 5 times to do,I was told I need to wait over 3 hours each time. Then you tell someone in the reviews who says they want to do things in person and not online to reach out to the social media team!? How incompetent are you???!! Apparently a lot! BY THE WAY, YOUR HOURS ARE WRONG ON THE WEBSITE! YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE THEM SINCE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK A NORMAL 9 TO 5 ANYMORE!

I don’t advise banking with Bank of America. the last two times that I have deposited a check.. it has been held for 7 days even though the teller and my account told me that it would be available in 24-48 hours. As soon as my money hits, I’m closing the account and never looking back. Do not open an account here.

I do bank at bank America and the most disrespectful thing I was ask by a teller with me being black and her being white was what do I want my money for when I was making a withdrawal.

I am so done with Bank of America. Believe it or not you still have a generation that prefers to do their banking at the location. There are transactions that need to be done at the location that can't be done online. I'm not an expert but I would venture to say most of the money that Bank of America manages is from this generation Im' refering to, not the younger generation that's making all thesei ridiculous rules of closing everything and doing it online, no customer service anymore You can't even get your hours and days online correct what management. Ridiculous.
