I don’t even give one star. They need to work at 9am at least. Early is better. Open at 10am? Such a lazy peoples and even they don’t open the drive through tellers service. WTF🤬🤬🤬🤬

I should have read the reviews before going to this bank. I had 2 checks DRAWN on Bank of America for my dad's estate. I am executor. They not only denied me opening an account to deposit them, they also would not cash. We were talking about less than $6000 so guess I was not worth time and effort. I will never do business or ever ever recommend them to anyone. I drive from texarkana to tyler with all my paperwork. For nothing! Never will darken their doors again.

I have used this bank personally for 15 years but will be closing my account due to the attitude I received today. I came in June 6, 2024 at 3:30 PM for change for my job like I have done more than once a week every week for the past nine years and today the teller tried to say I was missing $100 from the money gave her. It took her 5min into giving me the change back that she supposedly realized “I didn’t give her enough money for the change I requested”. It was weird that it took her so long to find that out first of all, second of all, she gave me attitude when I told her I know the correct amount was in there. It could have been an honest mistake but WHEN SHE FOUND THE MONEY, still gave attitude and didnt apologize about her mistake. She only “found” $80 of it so I’m still out $20 but I took the hit rather than sit there for another minute. Can’t change my jobs bank but I’ll def be leaving as a customer.

The “renovations” aka cattle lane they installed inside takes forever and no more drive through at all. I would never have an account at this bank, but unfortunately I have to make deposits here occasionally. I couldn’t imagine being one of their customers

Been a customer for over 20yrs and service has just gotten to the point they do not offer what I need. Long lines and remodeling to only ever one clerk is ridiculous.

I don’t advise banking here. My checks which I’m told will be cleared in up to two days… normally takes 7 days because they keep putting a hold on it. As soon as my last check hits… I’m going elsewhere. There’s also not enough tellers to assist the customers. Don’t bank here.

I would give this bank a minus 5 if I could. I have called the branch on Broadway Avenue in Tyler Texas at least 15 times today and can get no one to answer. Please respond to this.

They did renovations and have no drive thru and only one teller inside. Every time I come to get change for my business there is at least 10 people in line waiting and it takes forever. Worst decision BOA could have done. Actually watched 3 frustrated people walk out today. The staff here is amazing and take great care of you everytime, but higher ups who are making these decisions should get out of their offices and see how their decisions affect the business.

No drive-thru services at any BOA branch. Only two branches left in this city. For new accounts, I recommend either Chase or BankSouth. As a 30 year BOA customer, I can attest the service and quality has gone nowhere but downhill. I’m changing banks too.

If I could leave a zero star I would.! Not only did this bank start opening at 10 am rather than 9 am now they have went from 4 teller booths to 1. You get there late and have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes to do your business. It’s like B of A is telling everyone they don’t want our business and me , I’m closing my account there and going over to Vera Bank where they welcome you with open arms and are always willing to help you do whatever business you need to get done
