Build-A-Bear Workshop is a cool place with super sweet and helpful staff. The employees are patient and positive. It is known for building a new friend, not just getting a new stuffy. The birthday bear is a cute feature costing the child's age. The bears are durable and sturdy. Be prepared to spend money, especially on a cute outfit. Many families return year after year.

This was our first experience and it was definitely one to remember! Compassion (yes that’s her real name) was so helpful and attentive you can tell she really enjoys her job! I noticed she treated every customer with the same level of care and Compassion truly living up to her name! We will be back!
