βI went to the store today with my son heβs transitioning and to becoming his own man with his own style. The store clerk there was an awesome young man named Micah who helped me feel super comfortable help me figure out exactly what he needed and made my son very comfortable as well. He was super helpful really helped to explain to us how to find what we needed was very accommodating and I actually left there way more than I wanted to, but he was very professional and super awesome And my son Heβs very happy with the clothes and shirts and shoes that he got!!β
βFive stars for my wife. She found four pairs of the shorts she likes. As for me, I go around the store laughing at the absurd prices. Found a tee shirt for $50 dollars. Unreal. Wife pays for so called quality. I once bought a pair of shoes at a nose bleed price that didn't last as long as my $24 dollar pair purchased elsewhere. Wife like it, so stuck I am.β

βOne of 3 top stores for my teen daughter. We LOVE their sweatshirts and jeans. The employees are always friendly and willing to check the back for sizes in specific items that you see but canβt find your size. Always a store we have to walk into even if we arenβt needing something; and usually end up walking away with something anyways. Ha!β

βI went into Ross today and I must say ..it was the cleanest, most organized Ross I’ve ever been in. The staff were friendly and smiling . What topped it off was the new Manager “Shaun. I maybe spelling her name wrong however she made my experience even better. Her energy, enthusiasm about being at work and customer service was top notch. βI am 65 and still find charming pieces I can wear here. I often order online H&M. The prices are so low. Garments on not highest quality but very cute and congruent with pricing. Fast deli and fresh styles and colors!β
βI was so cheerfully and politely greeted by Lily as soon as I walked in the store!!! She also was very sweet on my way out! And Kaylie not only helped me find the perfect coffee mug for myself but when I thought the mug I wanted for my friend was gone she looked through the shelves so diligently and found the exact one I was looking for!!!! She was so cool and sweet!!! And the cashier was super awesome and patient when he had to wait for me to find my card! He was also very careful with my mugs!! I feel so bad for not asking his name because he even returned my phone to me after I left it at the register!! They were all so fantastic and absolutely awesome, I will definitely be coming back soon!!! I need more mugs lolβ
