“We used this Enterprise Rent-A-Car 2yrs ago and would have used them last year however they no longer allow you to pick up or leave rentals at this location it is for airport folks only. We rented our truck over in a Tyler enterprise but was allowed to return it at this airport location which is closer to our home. I wish they would allow rentals and returns for anybody here in the future it would make my life easier, especially as bad as the service is in Tyler Enterprise locations in town. The people here were great, fast and efficient”

“Where do I start. The day our car was wrecked I decided to contact this location. The agent at the counter was very understanding what exactly what I needed to do. She was very informative on step by step what I needed to do to rent a vehicle from them. When we arrived to the enterprise location. We were greeted and told us they would be right with us. The whole process took under 30 minutes. When we brought back the rental. I was greeted again with great service from both agents. Would definitely highly recommend this location.”

Had a confirmed reservation at Enterprise; walked in to hear that they have no cars today or for the next 2 days and no attempt made to contact me. When I expressed extreme unhappiness that I would now have to call in for work, I was told the area manager would call me, but never received a call. Thankfully Hertz next door saved the day with a clean fun rental and a better rate! Thank you Hertz!!!!”
