Today I had a customer ask me to check out her car after a collision and said another Alignment shop said she would have to replace the ENTIRE front end as everything was damaged. My experience started with unsuccessful attempts in trying to change out my mower tires by myself. I was directed to The Tire Barn by a United Ag representative and I was helped out amazingly. The receptionist kindly directed me to the shop where I was helped out without issues. The process was quick and I felt valued. “Extremely happy with the service, and highly recommended. Terry provided me with a very fast and accurate quote. While doing the repair he found a problem related to my initial issue, a damaged/ bent window track. His shop went above and beyond to fix the window track on top of my window regulator so "it would be done right" without charging me more than my quote. Terry is an honest and straight forward mechanic that not only lets you know exactly whats going on, he shows you the damaged part and why its damaged. I really cannot say enough good things about the experience I had using this shop.”

I called Mike's after having my a/c compressor damaged at a dealer's service department.
At every step of the process, the folks at Mike's communicated clearly and professionally. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but the lady in the office was great! She let us know the diagnostic fee when we called to set the appointment, and again when we dropped it off. She called to let us know process, pricing, & to get approval for everything they did on the Jeep. (None of this after-the-fact explaining why it was more than we were expecting.)
When I picked it up, they showed me the damage and explained how it was causing a short. Again, very professional and clear.
I was also extremely pleased with their turnaround time. We dropped it off on a Thursday around noon, and got a call Monday morning that it was ready!
It was still a pricey repair, but all the folks at Mike's made it a little easier to take!”
