“I went to the store today with my son he’s transitioning and to becoming his own man with his own style. The store clerk there was an awesome young man named Micah who helped me feel super comfortable help me figure out exactly what he needed and made my son very comfortable as well. The employees are always friendly and willing to check the back for sizes in specific items that you see but can’t find your size. “I wish all Ross stores were this way. First off I'm from California, got stranded in texas and happened to be by Tyler and needed clothes. The place was clean, quiet, and cool. The ladies were both beyond nice, they let me use the restroom, and when I finally reached the counter the lady with the blue hair apologized for the lady in front taking a little longer then usual do to a return that was not processing on the computer. She thanked me for being patient. One of the best customer services I ever experienced.”
