“I met Shelby & Michelle in the Cumberland T-Mobile, best customer service I have seen for awhile especially changing over from AT&T to help reconfigure my set up. Tried to get the pin code to transfer from AT&T, not much help, what I was told was in error, but with the wisdom of the two ladies helping me, they were able to get me back to my same phone numbers. It wasn't easy dealing with AT&T&T apps or service, but the ladies worked it and completed it. I was so impressed with the personal hands on service. People we need to stay with the personal service as it is relational and that is what most services are losing. AI IS NON RELATABLE. DETACHED FROM HANDS ON, THE PERSONAL TOUCH...

“I went to different furniture stores before I actually bought anything. Something kept taking me back to Blake Furniture. Barbara and the rest of the staff are outstanding. The customer service that I received here surpassed all of the other furniture stores we visited. I can't remember the guys' name that loaded my furniture but he was so polite and helpful. Will definitely be shopping here for the rest of my furniture. Also, I read a review about Barbara rushing them, I walked in at 530pm on a weekday and didn't leave until after 6pm, I never felt rushed while I was there. As a matter a fact, a lady walked in right at closing time and Barbara still let her in.”

“Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”

“After a year of issues with my wife's phone service, multiple calls to Crickets 611 help number, and talking to Samsung - we walked in this store and had a resolution in five minutes. The young lady at the counter, actually three of them, were very helpful in spite of my wife's obvious aggravation. With a quick review of the phone and network settings we were quickly assured it was now going to work properly. Test call and text worked, wife opened apps and messages previously unable to open, and we were done. Highly recommend this location and Cricket Wireless.”
