Honestly I feel they didn’t address the main reason I bought the vehicle in they focused on other things rather than the most important thing rather it was process of elimination or whatever have you the main reason wasn’t eliminated until we had spend almost $600 and an additional $892 to repair the problem we originally bought it in for so out the door cost close to $1500 with an estimate of $2800 plus to do all the work they recommended no way!! I only wanted to problem fixed as to what we bought the vehicle in for but I fell for their tactics saying we needed additional repairs but when it got out of hand not related to why we originally bought the vehicle in I had to say NO! Because it was really adding up to a much higher cost.

Tried to get an alignment done here. Gave me the run around and wasted several days of my time. Staff is incompetent and terrible at communicating. No accountability. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Do not use them for complete auto servicing.
They installed a faulty oil filter on my car when I got my oil changed… okay, maybe a manufacturing issue? I brushed it off… despite the fact that ALL of the oil the put in ended up inside my home garage….
Then I’m driving down the road after the fix it to what sounded like a helicopter propeller…. They installed my AC filter UPSIDE DOWN.
THEN to put the icing on the cake, the idiots installed my wiper blades incorrectly, causing them to go flying off driving down the highway.
They have a bunch of kids doing mechanic work that don’t know what the heck they’re doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Attempted to get and appointment on lined. Very difficult. End up calling located business set up appointment. I was told is a problem getting appointments set up. Did pursue, staffers were helpful, fixed problem gotten new breaks shoes

Austin and Joe were both so incredibly patient and thorough with my wife’s van. They took the time to listen to my concern, work through their diagnosis and ultimately fix my issues. I’m so very pleased. I will continue to use Firestone for all my vehicles. They both just confirmed why we’ve been using Firestone for all of our vehicles.

Joe the manager and his assistant manager saved me hundreds on a complete brake job, two new tires and a tune up. I shopped around and they were the best.They were caring and professional and my truck is running like new again. It is hard to find honest mechanics that don't gouge you for hundreds more. I will be bringing my wife's Jeep back in the future.

Took my car in for a flat repair. Not only did they charge me an abnormally high rate (Discount Tire does this for free!), but they took 2.5 hours. They originally said it would take 45 minutes or less. Very bad communication and clear poor management of this location. Firestone has been great, but this experience at this location was really poor.
