Customer service needs work. I asked a simple question and was treated like it was too much of a hassle for them to do. Only thing about it was I was the only person in the store. Terrible experience.

Not a gamer or anything, just went to try to find a game for my son who it. When checking out I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards program, my own fault to assume it was a free one. No. After leaving later that day I received an email saying there was a yearly fee and my card would be automatically charged. The employee made zero mention of a cost for this. Zero. Now I have the headache of trying to get it cancelled which it looks like the only way to do is call an 800 number, what a headache. I’ll never be back to this location.

It was quiet and nicely air conditioned! I bought two clearance pops and a new release Pokemon Funko pop. The woman at the counter was nice, helpful, with a cool outfit!

I don't think I've made a review yet but I'd like to. I absolutely love this Gamestop been coming here for 8yrs as a regular customer. I love the atmosphere its welcoming, the staff are some pretty amazing people too. As someone with ptsd this is the main location that I frequent. I did witness a rude Customer that was wearing green and cussing at said staff to open. The man in green was beating on the door and causing a scene, disrupting the atmosphere before entering the store. I was quite shocked and in disbelief at what was happening, but the staff handled the situation very well and professionally. The store wasn't open yet when he beat on the door. They were 1 minute off from opening, but that is not a reason to yell at the staff that is on duty. Then the customer wearing green proceeded not to buy anything. I have witnessed a few rude and entitled customers very sporadically but not enough to deter me from going here. However I will continue going to this particular location because out of all the ones in Tyler, I would rather spend my money here. Not because of the convenience, but due to the fact that this location has always been helpful with my gaming decisions and needs over the years.

Seems like there is always some reason u can’t do something at this GameStop… either they don’t ever have the one part u need or the one game u need, or the machines don’t work to test games and controllers… like idk why they don’t just close this one down…

I’ve been waiting outside the store for 20 minutes and they have locked the doors.called the store and no answer and no one in the store. I came here to get something quick, just in and out, and they just lock the doors? Is it company policy to leave the store unattended and to lock out paying customers? This is by far the worst experience I have had here and I don’t have time to do it another day. Can someone please tell me if this is allowed? And if so, honor what you have said. Because in the time of writing this it has been over 30 minutes and 12 different people have came by trying to get in.

Kept calling to see if they had something in stock. Pulled up 2 minutes later and all employee was sitting around looking miserable on his phone. They could have answered the phone, I guess they are too lazy. GameStop in the mall is better and more friendly. And not run by ignorant young people

Generally a pleasant experience, but today I wasted time driving to pick up a game I pre-ordered for release today. They posted a "back in 1 hour" on the door. Not any specificity on when that hour would end, though.
