“So yall, I came in disappointed about my phone because the screen was totally black. The worker at the business told me my cost would be $380 to replace the oled screen on my s22 ultra and yallll I was disappointed again but I realize I had the same phone in my car and asked him to switch my old screen and put in my current phone he agreed but there would still be a fee to do the work. So I left my phones with him and returned hours later prepared to pay and he told me that it was a minimum problem and he fixed my current phoneeeeeee lol I was so happy and I left with money my pocket babbby. “I met Shelby & Michelle in the Cumberland T-Mobile, best customer service I have seen for awhile especially changing over from AT&T to help reconfigure my set up. Tried to get the pin code to transfer from AT&T, not much help, what I was told was in error, but with the wisdom of the two ladies helping me, they were able to get me back to my same phone numbers. It wasn't easy dealing with AT&T&T apps or service, but the ladies worked it and completed it. I was so impressed with the personal hands on service. People we need to stay with the personal service as it is relational and that is what most services are losing. AI IS NON RELATABLE. DETACHED FROM HANDS ON, THE PERSONAL TOUCH...

The young lady at the counter, actually three of them, were very helpful in spite of my wife's obvious aggravation. With a quick review of the phone and network settings we were quickly assured it was now going to work properly. Test call and text worked, wife opened apps and messages previously unable to open, and we were done. Highly recommend this location and Cricket Wireless.”
