Groom Room is the only place we use for boarding. My 84 lb 2 yo Catahoula walks in the front door like he owns the place. Put his paws on the front desk & waits on his snack. I have never been less than 100% satisfied the their services.

Dr. Twomey had the compassion to believe in my fur baby and continue treating him, seeing that he has a good quality of life even though he is paralyzed from his rear legs. He never judged my decision and immediately took action to care for him 4 years ago…and still remembers him to this day. ? Dr. Twomey is incredibly kind, and I don’t see myself ever changing vets.

Dr. Shams has helped me nurse a sick kitten back to health with severe worm infestation, fleas, needing fluids & antibiotics. All the staff at this clinic have been great, return calls in a timely manner, listen to my concerns, & this clinic is very reasonably priced with excellent, efficient service.

12901 State Hwy 155 S, TylerI needed to get teeth cleaned on a lab sized dog. It is expensive to do it as it requires the dog to be put to sleep. They make it much more affordable. Additionally, the Dr and the staff are amazingly friendly. He has saved a number of cats and dogs, some of which roam around the office. A great experience, and my dog's teeth are pearly white.

3523 W Erwin St, TylerWe’ve used Bark Avenue for 7 years with three different dogs and a cat. Their rates are fair and they treat our animals wonderfully. One dog is super chill and loves playtime with other dogs. Other dog is not so friendly, but loved walking around outdoors for exercise. The other dog was small with lots of pills/health problems and grooming needs but they accommodated for him every time and he had a great stay. I like that they can put the dogs together so they don’t get lonely. I’ve never worried about any of my animals in their care. Grooming services have been great for all three dogs. They always come home tired and happy. Only complaint is that they do such a good job, you might need to book out in advance for at least grooming but they have been able to accommodate us on boarding on non-holiday weekends in a pinch. No complaints on the customer service and the facility is always clean

3101 Shiloh Rd #131, TylerThis is the best locally owned pizza restaurant in the city. Where do I even begin? There's so much positive to say about this pizza restaurant. Let's start with the owner. She is amazing and makes the most delicious pizzas. Very rarely. Not only is it rare to have a female-owned business but to have a black female owned business in East Texas? It's almost impossible to find. The pizzas as you can see for my photos. They are loaded from end to end with toppings. One thing I hate about a pizza is when a restaurant skimps on toppings. You will never have to worry about topps Pizza skimping out on toppings. It doesn't matter what you order the meat lovers, pepperoni, the cheeseburger pizza, the chicken. Alfredo, they will all be loaded with the perfect amount of toppings, sauce and cheese. The pizzas will be baked perfectly. My absolute favorite is that they allow you to do half and half pizzas. That's perfect for somebody like me who loves to try different pizzas but doesn't want to commit to a whole pizza just in case I don't like it. It's also perfect for families with picky kids because they can each choose the pizza they want. There's no extra cost to order a half and half pizza and that is really unheard of nowadays. Most restaurants want to nickel and you to death but not here. Topps Pizza is definitely a hidden gem in town and I highly recommend them. Some people complain about the price but compared to national chain restaurant the price is just fine for the quality of food you're getting.

The made the Kiepersol experience epic.
