“We have been dropping into this location for years and the customer service has always been fantastic. We have only ever window shopped and shopped for accessories. All puppies have always looked very healthy. Very peppy, and super helpful staff. Over the weekend we ended up leaving with a precious pup after all of these years and it was a good experience. Rayven specifically helped A LOT. But everyone there was great. It was specifically fantastic for my 7 year old too because they cheered and yelled when she rang the bell, might sound like a small gesture but it was definitely an experience for her. Our pup is the best and is the healthiest little baby! Thank you Petland!”

“I’ve been taking my fur babies to City Small Animal clinic since I moved to Tyler. In that time, Dr Daughtry has helped us through losing a kitty, as well as welcoming new pets and caring for current. Jessica and the vet techs are kind, compassionate and don’t treat us like a paycheck. They genuinely care about the people and animals they encounter. Dr Daughtry calls to check in after visits, and does what he can to get the animals the best care.”

“This was Sweet Pea’s 2nd grooming and I got her cut short for summer. She has done a great job with her both times and she’s fast. Other places were higher and further away. I’m pleased.”

“Just ran in tonight for pet food. Cashier was a young man and wow. He was very quick, efficient and very professional. By the time I finished paying, I looked around and he had already loaded cat litter, 4 bags of feed and several misc. items as well. I had come in from out of town, it had been raining and I had been running all day and I can’t say how much I appreciate all his help. He was really great. Kept the line moving and made time to be very polite and nice to each customer. Hope he will check me out again next time l am in town so I can tell him what a nice impression he made for Petsmart. Sorry I didn’t catch his name.”

“Thank you Petco Grooming Salon in Tyler TX. Yesterday I came just before closing, driving 40 minutes to get there. They were not taking new clients as it was so late but when I told my situation they saw me and my fur baby. The groomer was super great- kind, professional and so very good with my fur baby, Rebel. Rebel immediately trusted her and was such a good boy during his nail trim. Very different from when I went to a different pet store and someone inexperienced and fearful trimmed my Rebel's nails. Thank you so much.”

“Great customer service. Helped us find a better deal on the exact well pump we were looking for since they didn't have the one that was advertised on there website. We spend money here plenty but even thought they didn't know it they still helped. Thank you!”
