“I’ve been taking my fur babies to City Small Animal clinic since I moved to Tyler. In that time, Dr Daughtry has helped us through losing a kitty, as well as welcoming new pets and caring for current. Jessica and the vet techs are kind, compassionate and don’t treat us like a paycheck. They genuinely care about the people and animals they encounter. Dr Daughtry calls to check in after visits, and does what he can to get the animals the best care.”
“Nyla, the head groomer and the team are amazing, and took great care of my Akita, " Princess". It's the only store we buy dog food, supplies, and grooming!

“Everything you would expect from a PetSmart. The grooming staff is pretty awesome (my pet is short haired so I don't know about their trimming prowess) and the attached Banfield Is awesome. 4 stars because the fish, bird, reptile, and small mammal area makes me sad.”

Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. ? It is so hard to find good customer service these days. “I just got a white gerbil from here I named petunia,she is adorable and I am so thankful to the lady working in the reptile section, I came in looking for a mouse and came out with her! I am soo happy! They really seem to care about there animals but the puppies had wire floor that must hurt there paws y'all need to fix that. Also they let us play with the puppers even though we weren't getting one!!! Thank y'all so much! God bless you!!”
