“I’ve been taking my fur babies to City Small Animal clinic since I moved to Tyler. In that time, Dr Daughtry has helped us through losing a kitty, as well as welcoming new pets and caring for current. Jessica and the vet techs are kind, compassionate and don’t treat us like a paycheck. They genuinely care about the people and animals they encounter. Dr Daughtry calls to check in after visits, and does what he can to get the animals the best care.”
“Nyla, the head groomer and the team are amazing, and took great care of my Akita, " Princess". It's the only store we buy dog food, supplies, and grooming!

“Everything you would expect from a PetSmart. The grooming staff is pretty awesome (my pet is short haired so I don't know about their trimming prowess) and the attached Banfield Is awesome. 4 stars because the fish, bird, reptile, and small mammal area makes me sad.”
“I took my puppy here for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. Apparently, he did too, because he left there happier than when I left him! The owner is crazy nice and loved on my pup as it were her own. He smelled so great when I picked him up and his nails were done perfectly. We will most definitely be .going back on a regular basis”

“Travis answered my phone call today, and he was amazing. He immediately went to the shelf to see if the dog food I asked for was in stock. Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. ? It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I wanted to make sure he got recognized!
