“Staff was helpful. Plenty of cashiers in the different departmens, especially being mid week and mid day. This is unusual to find these days! Appreciate not having to walk half the store to find a place to check out. As always, super cute apparel. Wish their prices were more budget friendly. Always enjoy shopping the clearance.”

“Do not take your wife there if you just got paid. So much Halloween stuff omg we were lucky to get out and still be able to eat this month. But seriously so much stuff to choose from. Great store for the holiday season.”
“This neighborhood Walmart is located close to my job so I stop there very often. The staff has always been helpful and they keep the store clean and organized.
One thing I really do appreciate is their produce department. Unlike all the other locations that I've been to this location has always had fresh produce at reasonable prices for my budget.
My favorite part about the store is their clearance section. I can always find something there that I don't need but end up taking home anyways LOL.”

“My favorite store is Walmart Neighborhood on the south loop 323. Everything is so clean and neat and they have a young man name Ronnie very friendly and kind. He just makes my day every time I go through his check out. If you are having a bad day when you go through his line he makes you smile he is a very good person. He care about his customers and love his job. Ronnie is very knowledgeable.”
“Helpful cashiers, some remember you and greet you like a neighbor would. If I’m looking for something I can’t find someone will offer help. Produce, deli dairy, bakery, and meat, as well as stocked staples on shelves, always look well attended and organized. Cashiers keep self checkout stations clean and open the bagging so checking out is easy. This store is clean, bathrooms well kept. The parking lot is not stacked with shopping carts so one is always available when I walk in the store. Shopping at this Neighborhood Walmart is easy to get in and out quickly, even the pharmacy. I like shopping here, well managed.”

The store is well maintained, organized, and easy to walk through, making it simple to find what you’re looking for. Definitely one of the best Ross locations I’ve visited so far.”
“Is WalMart, never enough open checkouts. It's impossible to find somebody to ask a question. The prices are generally low. So you pick your battles. It was very clean.”

“Nice and clean in there. My 1st time at this location. Young lady (white, sry dont know her name) kept sharing the new things they put out. That's nice of her. She rang us up too. We stood there a lil minute to check out but everyone was putting freight out. I can understand that. Pretty sure we will be back.”
“The Employees are amazing some of the most genuine customer service you can find, this location is first in my book when I’m in need of anything from A-Z in farm and ranch they are my go to, they also carry all kinds of boots and apparel! Keep up the Good Work!!”
“She did a nice job cutting hair. It had been a awhile, so I knew I needed a good conditioning,but when she told me that I need a special conditioner she didn't tell me it would cost more. It ended up costing 44 dollars more just for the conditioner. I paid 110 for for shampoo , conditioner, and trip(2 inches maybe). I was in shock and not prepared for that. And they wouldn't adjust the price. For the money and the very little that was cut off, I won't be coming back.”

“I had to update my review this afternoon. I talked with the pharmacy manager Monu Singh and he told me when I need my med that day to call and let him know. True to his word he got my med ready right away .”
“Travis answered my phone call today, and he was amazing. He immediately went to the shelf to see if the dog food I asked for was in stock. Sadly, it wasn't there, so he ran to the back and found a whole pallet. He then price checked it for me. ? It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I wanted to make sure he got recognized!

“We were staying out of town and went in to get ice and a few more items we needed... we had to wait for the cashier to finish before she could unlock the ice cooler... she acted like or was a problem... we both said thank you and she just walked off... come on people be somewhat polite and friendly... they have a couple people that are really nice and helpful... then you have the ones you feel like need to go home and get an attitude adjustment... but it's becoming the norm everywhere...ugh”
“I don't have much experience with pharmacies as a customer, but I recently picked up a prescription at Walmart Pharmacy. The staff was courteous and efficient.
I was genuinely impressed by the pharmacist's thoroughness in explaining how to take the medication and the potential side effects to monitor. She was pleasant and clearly concerned about ensuring that I understood how the medication works and what side effects to expect. As someone who prescribes medications, I truly appreciate the time this Walmart pharmacist took to explain everything to me. Although I was already familiar with the medications, I refrained from interrupting her explanation because I wanted to learn how patients receive instructions from the pharmacy.
Pharmacists often face overwhelming volumes of prescriptions, and as anyone in retail can attest, providing quality, speedy service is a constant challenge. So, thank you!”

“Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”
“I switched to this pharmacy earlier this year after being with my previous pharmacy for over a decade. I'm so happy I finally made the switch. All of the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful, and go above and beyond. The pharmacist went out of her way to get my prescription transferred. My previous pharmacy kept filling my prescription even though we cancelled the auto-fill and transferred it. She had to deal with them multiple times in order to have it fixed on their end, and I truly appreciate her patience and persistence. Highly recommend!”
“Joshua was my technician who conducted my preventive maintenance service on my Kenmore Washer and Dryer today. I have been a loyal customer of Sears Appliance sales and repairs for many years. Joshua was super and the best ever Sears technician during my many years as a customer of Sears maintenance and repair! He was a pleasure for sure!! Joshua called me to let me know his ETA for arriving to my home in Tyler. This notification per phone was extremely helpful since I am a caregiver for my elderly mother in her home located several miles from my home. Joshua arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful. Joshua conducted a very detailed inspection and testing of my washer and dryer. He checked the washer water hoses to make sure they were working properly and secure. .Very important to me for sure! Furthermore, Joshua cleaned out my dryer vent and secured it to the wall outlet with some extra screws. Wow! I was impressed and thankful for his genuine concern about maintaining the dryer vent safety, too! Also, the additional action to stabilize my dryer vent was impressive. “We kind of forgot about Kohl's over the years. It just does not fit our traffic pattern I guess. It is a super clean and organized store with competitive pricing. The parking lot is not very good lighting for shopping at night. We should continue to add this store to our list when we need items they carry.”
