“Five stars for my wife. She found four pairs of the shorts she likes. As for me, I go around the store laughing at the absurd prices. Found a tee shirt for $50 dollars. Unreal. Wife pays for so called quality. I once bought a pair of shoes at a nose bleed price that didn't last as long as my $24 dollar pair purchased elsewhere. Wife like it, so stuck I am.”

“It's the employees that make one Walmart different from another. They're nice and helpful and generally cheerful at this store. A couple of the curbside loading guys are exceptional. But there is that one cashier who tells you he's having a jolly day then proceeds to argue about how to unload your basket while angrily slamming your bananas on the conveyer to prove a point. Hence the 4 of 5 star review.”

“The staff are always friendly & helpful, but today Sassie & Janett went above and beyond. Someone parked so close to my car that I couldn't even open my car door or put my baby in the back seat. Sassie kindly helped me to get in through the other side of my car and get settled in with my baby, so we could leave. That is TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really appreciate it, wasn't their fault but still helped out. Marshalls has become my favorite store.”

“I have been shopping at this store for almost a month now. I'm glad I can find everything on my list without having to drive all the way to the one on 69. Many of the items in this store are cheaper than Brookshire's. My only complaint is how frustrating it is to not have the plastic bags open and ready to use during checkout. The checkers should make sure bags are open and ready to load. They are stuck together and nearly impossible to separate sometimes. One of my pet peeves I guess......”

“I went into Ross today and I must say ..it was the cleanest, most organized Ross I’ve ever been in. The staff were friendly and smiling . What topped it off was the new Manager “Shaun. I maybe spelling her name wrong however she made my experience even better. Her energy, enthusiasm about being at work and customer service was top notch. I will shop at this Ross alone because she’s there. Y'all go see for yourself. I am going back there this weekend to shop for my fall decor. Thanks Shaun for coming back to Tyler……Ty”

“We were staying out of town and went in to get ice and a few more items we needed... we had to wait for the cashier to finish before she could unlock the ice cooler... she acted like or was a problem... we both said thank you and she just walked off... come on people be somewhat polite and friendly... they have a couple people that are really nice and helpful... then you have the ones you feel like need to go home and get an attitude adjustment... but it's becoming the norm everywhere...ugh”

“I don't have much experience with pharmacies as a customer, but I recently picked up a prescription at Walmart Pharmacy. The staff was courteous and efficient.
I was genuinely impressed by the pharmacist's thoroughness in explaining how to take the medication and the potential side effects to monitor. She was pleasant and clearly concerned about ensuring that I understood how the medication works and what side effects to expect. As someone who prescribes medications, I truly appreciate the time this Walmart pharmacist took to explain everything to me. Although I was already familiar with the medications, I refrained from interrupting her explanation because I wanted to learn how patients receive instructions from the pharmacy.
Pharmacists often face overwhelming volumes of prescriptions, and as anyone in retail can attest, providing quality, speedy service is a constant challenge. So, thank you!”

“Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there.”
“I love the CVS Pharmacy Team inside Target! They have been so helpful in getting our prescriptions and my parent’s prescription moved over to them.
I love the easy check in process and how quick they are to fill prescriptions.
As far as the Target staff go, I have many great interactions with them. I highly recommend this location.”

“I switched to this pharmacy earlier this year after being with my previous pharmacy for over a decade. I'm so happy I finally made the switch. All of the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very kind and helpful, and go above and beyond. The pharmacist went out of her way to get my prescription transferred. My previous pharmacy kept filling my prescription even though we cancelled the auto-fill and transferred it. She had to deal with them multiple times in order to have it fixed on their end, and I truly appreciate her patience and persistence. Highly recommend!”
“Joshua was my technician who conducted my preventive maintenance service on my Kenmore Washer and Dryer today. I have been a loyal customer of Sears Appliance sales and repairs for many years. Joshua was super and the best ever Sears technician during my many years as a customer of Sears maintenance and repair! He was a pleasure for sure!! Joshua called me to let me know his ETA for arriving to my home in Tyler. This notification per phone was extremely helpful since I am a caregiver for my elderly mother in her home located several miles from my home. Joshua arrived on time. He was very courteous and respectful. Joshua conducted a very detailed inspection and testing of my washer and dryer. He checked the washer water hoses to make sure they were working properly and secure. .Very important to me for sure! Furthermore, Joshua cleaned out my dryer vent and secured it to the wall outlet with some extra screws. Wow! I was impressed and thankful for his genuine concern about maintaining the dryer vent safety, too! Also, the additional action to stabilize my dryer vent was impressive. “This is a nice Kohl's store. It was clean, everything looked in it's place and the employees were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for what I was shopping for in plenty of sizes. And the sport coat I bought was on sale! I'll shop here again.”
