Pretty decent service IF you are not an inconvenience to specific workers. If you are they give you constant attitude the entire time you are there. Doesn't bother me though since I'm used to rude people. Sadly after trying to ask for the Branch Manager to discuss a few times I keep getting told he is conveniently out for multiple weeks on end. I have to use this location for work so I have no choice but to come here, but fair warning to the rest. If you are an inconvenience to some of them, you will know the entire time you are there.

This particular Regions has the literal worst employees I have ever encountered. They do not answer the phone, and do not want to help you when you come in person. I have been asked multiple times “why did you not call before coming in?” When in reality I let their phone ring for about 45 minutes before just giving up and driving down there. I don’t know why any of these people are employed, they obviously despise their job and anyone who comes in and needs help. The branch manager is always conveniently “not in”, and usually only one person on staff at a time to deal with the 10+ people in the lobby AND the 5 or 6 people in the drive-thru, so I guess I wouldn’t be very nice either.

After having lived in 5 states in the last 8 years, I can confidently say this specific branch is the worst i have visited. Pathetic girl working the drive through didn't help.

2 stars, as opposed to 1, because not every visit has been a nightmare.. but this is the worst bank/branch in Texas. Visually repulsive and rude workers. Last visit on 4/17/23. Girl troll working as a teller is the most awful living creature I have encountered anywhere.

The ATM at this branch kept our deposit , this bank did nothing to help other than to tell us that the deposit never happened. I am currently trying to file a complaint with the OCC. If you put cash into this ATM it is your own fault if you lose it.

I have been banking with regions for a few years now and haven’t had any trouble at all, until recently. Me and my fiancé went to their ATM to deposit some money to pay our rent with. After inserting the money, the atm sucked it inside and didn’t open back up. It told us that the money had been retained. We did not get a receipt back. It didn’t deposit any money in my account either. After trying to figure out what to do we walked up the bank to hopefully get some answers from the tellers. Now, it was 5pm when this happen, so I am aware that the bank closes, but they had literally just closed. At first they would Not open the doors to even see what the issue was. When they finally did, after about 20mins, they didn’t offer us any help. Only told us to call customer service. There was NO number to call on the atm and they DID NOT offer to give us a number to call. After speaking with CS, they told us that they would file a dispute and they would need to investigate. They told me the most it would take was 10days. That’s a lot considering this our rent money and they couldn’t tell us if the money was safe in the atm or if the next person coming through would be able to take it. Definitely will be switching banks! The uncertainty and lack of customer support is not a safe feeling you want from a bank.

Enjoyed the friendly faces and helpful attitudes. Visiting this branch is much more pleasant than other banks in town.

Poorest banking service I’ve EVER seen!! Wish I could give them ZERO stars!! Won’t even answer the phone. But, it’s obvious, from reviews, they don’t care. Please don’t try to open a checking account and get temporary checks. Seriously WORST BANK EVER!!

Worst customer service ever from a bank. Deposited a $14,000.00 check at 1:01 p.m., money cleared bank check was written from the following day. Money was available for 3 days then money was taken out and check put on hold. 6 business days later made call to 800# they said check was large so hold was put on check (Regions still had funds available to them). I voiced my disappointment in them and expressed I would be closing my account with them. 2 days later they locked my account so I called and got the runaround. 10 days later still no access to my account or money in the account. Best of luck to you if you choose to bank with Regions. My experience has been horrible for years now.

I just opened a checking & savings account with the Branch off Broadway in Tyler last week. Because of the Coronavirus I had to do it all thru the drive up ATM. Today is Sunday & I can get no help what so ever, as a result I'm very disappointed. I have called Customer Services & the online baking 800 number & I can't get thru to either one of them. So..... 1. I think when one opens a new account the person your working with should tell you that you have an account ID # then give it to you! 2. I can't believe that when calling any of their 800 numbers they ALL ask for your Social Security number & that is just not good enough they also want your account ID number or account number. Well I wasn't given a ID # so I put in my Checking account number & guess what....didn't work, so as a result I've had no luck talking to anyone & personally I think my question is pretty IMPORTANT. I THINK IM GONNA GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!

1 employee there that never has a smile never says thank you and has terrible customer service. And when I get change she just throws my stuff around and doesn’t care. If you hate your job that much just quit !!! I hope they do something about her.
