I would say Regions is a great bank and people who work there are very pleasant to deal with

I needed to close an account and they made it so easy without any hassle or making me feel uncomfortable. I feel like it's usually a hassle to close an account. I will keep my other account with them long term and consider opening others after this experience.

After having lived in 5 states in the last 8 years, I can confidently say this specific branch is the worst i have visited. Pathetic girl working the drive through didn't help.
