Location was ok, rooms were ok, the service was not the best, ride and unhelpful, price was not what was quoted, but could not get refund so had to stay.

Love it here at the Rose City. Been here for almost 2 years. Owner is very cool and will work with you, staff is always helpful, room service always great, and have become real close with alot of residents. Everyone is like family here.
