“What a gem! A charming guesthouse with charming hosts. We felt like VIPs. The location was perfect for a downtown wedding we were attending for the weekend, but it is also a charming little neighbourhood on a brick street.”

“Okay, let me start by saying that this is an inexpensive, no frills kind of hotel, which is what we were looking for. The fiancé and I just wanted a place for the night to have a little downtime and relax without interruption for a reasonable price. This was the perfect place for that. The room was clean and comfortable and well insulated from the outside noises. Lane (the gentleman at the front counter) was very courteous and helpful with the entire check-in process. The only reason they are not receiving a 5 star review is because their pool was closed without explanation. Normally, I wouldn't care about the pool or even care if they had one at all. However, we decided (when we were looking for a room) that we would get a room with a pool and bring my youngest son with us for a while in the evening so that he could swim for a while. So, needless to say, we brought him with us to swim only to find out that the pool was closed. It was a real bummer. If you are going to advertise that you have a pool, then it needs to be open during the hours it is advertised.”

“The room was great and spacious, loved the look and the kitchen! The breakfast was delicious too. The only thing was the smell in the hallways, weed, but that's not the hotels fault.”

“It was a difficult decision to leave this place I called home for 10years. Margi, the manager, is awesome and very attentive to our needs. She's very quick to respond and resolve issues in our apartment. Margi, along with Lonnie, Stacie and Mikayla, made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one. Kudos to all of the staff who became our friends. You are all doing a great job! See you all around.?”

“We love this park! It’s well taken care of, the office lady is the sweetest and we have amazing Internet and cell service. We will be calling this place home for a while! Only down fall is they only have 2 shower rooms for the entire park but bathrooms and laundry are well provided. We are in the back side of the park and it’s well shaded, we were going to be in a spot in the new portion(the sites are huge) but my husband prefers the shaded area but no complaints here.”

“This was a good place for a few nights stay. A 2-3 star hotel with appropriate service level and clean comfortable room. Everything in the room worked as expected. The room was nice and clean. Our room had medium size refrigerator with its own ice maker. The kitchenette was well stocked with pans and frying pan. It had everything you needed to make you meal on the go and cook while you stayed there. The hotel does not have restaurant but the mini kitchen was a good substitute if you are interested in making your own meal/breakfast or do light cooking. Coffee maker and to-go cups. Glasses, mugs and silverware... it was all there. The hotel had a 'lending locker' in the lobby with blender, toaster, waffle maker and ton of other kitchenware to make it easy to make what you wanted to make including some serious cocktails.Ample desk area and a recliner for added comfort. The TV was smallish with local programming. No alarm clock and no additional USB outlets, both of which would have been great.Onsite laundry facility or laundry service in the room is available. There is a small gym with all popular exercising equipment available for free. An indoor pool would have been nice too but would not be a deciding factor for me. The lobby area is minimal with couple of chairs and a TV. There is a small but well stocked convenience items store which surprisingly had more stuff than I thought it would including larger food items etc. Very nice. All sorts of convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment venues are a short drive away.I always rate any place with a thought whether, all things equal, I will come back to the place. Yes... I would stay here again and plan my visit accorsingly.Safety: Area was well lit and seemed perfectly safe at the time I was there. Plenty of free parking also available.”

“TVs cannot switch input. When asked front desk about it they were very And not helpful. Almost acted offended that I was questioning the reason for them not allowing anybody to hook a game system up to their TV. This is the owners decision with known notification or Explanation. So FYI if you were like me and you travel for your work a lot lot and like to game or do anything where you hook your HDMI cord up to the TV you’re gonna want to find another place I know I will.”

“Great place to stay! Quiet, clean, spacious suites, light breakfast, Texas waffles and responsive staff. Great water pressure and no problems at all with hot water, as previous reviews stated.”

“Again, Comfort Suites surprised me with the level of quality in the room. If you are doing business in Tyler TX, not a bad choice for the money. It is a bit of a drive to Interstate 20, but again if you have to be in Tyler and not on your dime its not bad at all.”

“Quiet & they keep the riff raff out. Friendly, helpful, & reasonably priced. Also, the biggest rooms on the Four corners...I've personally done the homework.”

“Shout out to Morgan at the front desk for being a trooper ?The room was pretty nice ,the only complaint and not a huge one was the tub needs a little work done to it. But a jacuzzi was a nice little surprise for me and my little minions”

“The room was great. The mattress was good. I didn't trust the carpet.BEWARE. The lady tried to charge us a $3 cleaning room fee. I told her no. It wasn't documented on the policy or on the booking app.Very dishonest people. I paid my $100 deposit in cash. When I came to checkout, she said Pooh. You paid in cash, she went to check the room. That's exactly why I didn't keep a card on file.I won't be back. I rather support a small honest business.”

“I arrived yesterday afternoon. The check in was good.It was a young girl very nice and great personality. The room was clean and spacious.Next morning, I got up and I got a coffee Starbucks very strong coffee.I will advice everyone not to order from the bistro, I ordered 1 avocado toast to go.This was 1 toast cut in half with avocado and the price was a little pricy$13.00 dollars.Honestly wasn't good.!!!The hotel has good customer service and good rooms. My suggestion eat breakfast at McDonald's or any other place they serve breakfast it will a lot better and cheaper.”

“My husband and I stayed at this location for a quick getaway and we will definitely be returning. There was a little confusion over a small inconvenience but the front desk went out of their way to make our stay was absolutely wonderful. 5stars for the customer service we received and the hotel it’s self is very clean and well taken care of.”

“I recently needed lodging close to the UT Tyler Hospital, and I chose this motel. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Plus, the AC was amazingly cold, and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was less than average, but I didn't care since the room was so affordable, and this motel was so close to everything I required. I highly recommend this property.”

“Going online and booking the room was fast and easy! There were no big surprises once I arrived as as far as pricing is concerned! The nice, friendly woman at the front desk made the whole check-in process enjoyable and in a matter of minutes I was already headed to my room! I walked into a large open living area with new comfortable couch and overstuffed chair (also new and comfy)! The lovely desk/dining table and large kitchen caught me by surprise with how roomy and open the area feels. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean! The room has a full sized refrigerator and a four burner stove/oven. It also comes equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls and eating utensils too!!! The bathroom area is a nice large open space that is big enough for more than one occupant. Over all my experience there was great and I definitely would recommend to anyone needing a room at a great rate to go there and check it out!”

“The covers are dirty and the floor wasn't done right but it's a safe, nice room.I have a big desk with drawers, fridge;a microwave with a missing leg and 2 small side tables with drawers. The light is in the middle of the room.It has 2 reading lights and 2 lamps. The free breakfast consists of muffins, coffee; cereal with milk and sometimes fruit. It's a solid 3-4 stars”

“This hotel should not even be listed. I got a room next to people who live there long term it seems. Sitting outside smoking cigarettes. Roaches in restroom and in ceiling over the bed. Freaking out trying to swat them from ceiling. Needed a place to lay my head. Will NEVER come here again under any circumstances . Motel 6 is better than this place. Had to wear shoes because of roaches. Bedding was dingy and barely adequate. I could have gotten a cardboard box and slept more peacefully under a highway somewhere. Don't think I fell asleep. Awful just awful.Noteworthy details: Danger Danger Will Robinson! Danger Danger don't stay here”
