Every employee I've interacted with has been very helpful and knowledgeable, I have had bad experiences with manager Gilda Gardner at the Highway 64 store, very rude person especially to customers!! Shop here instead, much better service and experience!

Online hours need to be updated waste of a drive into town. It’s 7pm and they’re closed yet their hours posted are open to 8pm (it’s Wednesday)

Nancy Martinez is not helpful at all, i asked for help and she said to give her a minute and went to the back. I waited for 10 mins for her to come out and she never did, so I had to ask someone else for help. Thankfully I got help from another associate but now I know not to ask for help from her.

The manager is f****** rude! she's racist and does not speak when you come in... "what great customer service"... she follows you around and watches the cashiers when checking you out... what a b***** This tall donkey looking big foot is with long blonde hair only greets Caucasians... she thought I was stealing when I wasn't so she watched me like a hawk... pointed her nose like she is better than you! never again will I spend my hard own money in that place. Better off going to save more or Ulta! One good thing about my experience was the lady that helped I believe her name was Nancy.. She was very informative and professional! Feel sorry for her that she works there. She did apologize for the managers behavior.

Everyone, please stop shopping at Sally's Beauty Supply. The sales clerk in the store ticks people in getting their credit card by saying, "You are getting a Sally's discount card." Because of the lie from Sally's sales persons, the credit card bank starts sending you a bill that you did not know about. When you don't pay the bank the money that they request from you, the bank destroys your credit.
